"Staff was more than accommodating. Had a few issues upon arrival with the accommodation type chosen (the cheapest rooms are quite a bit from the beach and run down, they are not as the reception area is). The hotel took care of the misunderstanding with the utmost customer service. The rooms in the bungalows and two story white building are beautiful. The pool is as pictured. Breakfast on the beachfront was lovely each morning. Walking distance to everywhere, but rent a bike, mask and snorkel!...

"This place has the best energy. We stayed for 9 days and absolutely loved it! Very comfortable and has everything you need. The best part is the staff and owners. They go out of their way to take care of you and make a friend with you. Will do anything you need, just ask them. Great people, played guitar in the evenings. Was sad to leave! "We spent 4 nights on Gilli T, and we wish we had stayed here the whole time! Bali is so crazy busy with traffic and people-you literally spend 2 hours in the car to go a few miles. This island was so relaxing and quiet! The staff are lovely and the food is great! No TV in the room, so you can really unplug!"
