"Great location on Keuka lake, needs more TLC for the price point. Owners are renting out while the house is listed for sale. Some rooms have new paint and well decorated, but the others are not photographed. There is no gym, this must be a listing error. overall the house needs a good cleaning and refresh, as there were spiders and webs in every room and covering the porch. Recommend for those who do not plan to do a lot of cooking as we found dishwasher broken, kitchen sink low water pressure;...

"Perfect escape on the lake! Location was perfect, views amazing, home spotless, comfortable and stocked with everything you could need. Check in smooth, as was all communication with our host. Beautiful dock, beach area with plenty of seating, kayaks and floats. We would definitely visit again and would recommend this beautiful lakefront home. The owner was very accommodating as we wanted to make corn on the cob one night and he had a brand new large pot brought to us. "Perfect for trip, close to wineries and a short drive to Watkins Glen. Check in was easy. We were greeted in person by the host and he showed us around and introduced us to Barney, the cat. Mark gave us a very good tour of his wine making facility and we were able to taste the wine. A great learning experience that you don’t normally get. "The family friends we were meeting who grew up in the area unfortunately had a relative pass away so we were on our own exploring the area; however, the house, mainly the front deck was a great area to gather and enjoy everyone's company; we also had their kids stay with us as a distraction and there was plenty of room; my wife and kids loved the sound of the farm, moos at different times of the day."

"We enjoyed our stay at this property! Very clean accomodations as well as added touches in the bathroom in terms of toiletries. Things you might sometimes forget like; hair ties, makeup remover, q-tips, cotton balls, etc!. Nice to also have a coffee maker in the main bedroom ! "

"The farmhouse is exactly as pictured and described- it's cute, it has charm, it has creaky floors! If you're a light sleeper, be aware you'll hear the floors! I would suggest bringing a child gate or two for the stairs or a bedroom for younger kids. Ann, the owner, makes check-in super easy. The street is quiet and peaceful. "We had a great stay at this Farmhouse. There was plenty of room and amenities. The location had gorgeous views of lake and wildlife and it was close to wineries and dining. The house was clean and the host was pleasant and easy to contact. We would stay here again."

"Super walkable to Aurora Brewery and nearby Longpoint Winery. There are some friendly cats that live at the brewery and hung out with us in the backyard when we played croquet. The house was clean and charming!"

"During our week long vacation we stayed at a different vacation rental each night. This was our favorite without a doubt. The property was very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet. The hosts were very kind and even helped us on our way with a small issue with our vehicle. If we visit Palmyra again we will be staying here."
