Seneca Serenity. Huge Lake Front House.

  • Hermosa casa familiar de 2 pisos. Ubicado en un gran lote aislado en el lago Keowee, a solo 10 minutos del estadio Clemson ya solo minutos de restaurantes, supermercados y mucho más. Lake Keowee tiene más de 18,000 acres de agua, lo que lo convierte en el lugar perfecto para pasear en bote, pescar, esquiar en el agua, tubos y mucho más. Trae tu bote para explorar este lago virgen y toda su belleza. Tenemos un muelle grande con mucho espacio para atracar su barco. La rampa pública está a pocos minutos de nuestra casa. Muy cerca de Seneca Marina, donde se pueden alquilar barcos. South Cove County Park ubicado a solo minutos de distancia con el pase de invitado incluido con la casa.

    La hermosa casa tiene capacidad para hasta 22 personas. Mucho espacio para que varias familias compartan esta casa de 7 habitaciones y 5 baños con 2 cocinas completas y dos juegos de unidades de lavadora / secadora. Incluye una gran terraza con vistas al lago. Tomar el sol en nuestra gran terraza con vistas al lago o en el muelle. Hay 3 controles diferentes de aire acondicionado en toda la casa para acomodar las necesidades de todos. La planta principal tiene 2 televisores grandes con TV directa y DVD, con 3 grandes ventanas que dan al lago. También tenemos un sistema estéreo de sonido envolvente con parlantes integrados en toda la casa y afuera en el porche.

    Jaimica Lane tiene 7 habitaciones-1 habitación principal con cama king size con baño completo, 2 habitaciones con camas queen size y baños completos adjuntos. En la planta baja tiene 1 dormitorio con 2 camas individuales, 1 dormitorio con una cama completa y 1 juego de literas dobles, 1 habitación 3 con 1 cama grande y 1 juego de literas dobles, 1 habitación con 2 camas extragrandes 1 cama grande con baño completo adjunto . El quinto baño completo está en el pasillo de la planta baja.

    2 cocinas totalmente equipadas con encimeras de granito, microondas, cafeteras, máquinas de hielo, licuadoras, eliminación, lavavajillas, totalmente equipadas con ollas, sartenes, utensilios, tostadoras y cristalería,
     En la planta baja tiene una gran área de recreación con una mesa de ping pong, mesa de billar, mesa de billar foos. TV con Direct TV y reproductor de DVD. Juegos de mesa disponibles. Mesa de póker y fichas, tarjetas incluidas.

    La mesa del comedor del piso principal tiene capacidad para 10 personas con 2 bares en la gran isla junto a la mesa. La mesa de la planta baja tiene capacidad para 8 personas, y hay una mesa y sillas afuera en el porche con dos sillones en el porche de arriba con mesa y 4 sillas.

    Fuera se encuentran 2 canoas para 2 hombres, 1 kayak, 2 tablas de remo y un bote de remos que están incluidos. Un montón de carrozas disponibles para nadar en el lago.

    Comodidades adicionales: silla alta y cuna disponible. Barandilla para niños también disponible. Gran parrilla de acero inoxidable de grado comercial ubicada en el porche alrededor del porche. Chalecos salvavidas y juguetes acuáticos están disponibles para su uso.

    No se permite fumar dentro de la casa.

This is our second time staying in this home. It can accommodate large groups comfortably and we like the location of the quiet cove. The home is well equipped and the owner is very responsive. We would stay here again!

Women's Retreat

Our Women's Ministry had a great time at Seneca Serenity as we do every year. Would highly recommend this house to anyone who needs a relaxing getaway.

this house was amazing. There’s plenty of room for our large family vacation to spread out. There are lots of games and water equipment to keep the kids busy. It is very private and has a wonderful lake view. This is probably the best vacation rental I have ever booked

Amazing Lake House with views

Great Experience

From the booking through our stay, everything was great! The house was perfect for our family of 20. Plenty of space and lots of extras for entertainment (pool table, ping pong, paddle boats, kayaks, etc). Communication with out host was top notch. The house is located in a nice quite cove on Lake Keowee.

Family Football and Thanksgiving Trip

What a great home! It looks great in the pictures but it is even better in person. Plenty of room for the whole family. 20 minutes from Clemson for the game. Beautiful view of lake and foliage. Kids (and adults) loved the game room too. Highly recommended for a big group.

The property presents beautifully. It was very clean, and having a family reunion in July definitely requires a water feature. This home on the lake fit the bill, and had enough entertainment features to keep everyone busy. From the water toys (SUPs, kayaks, noodles, floating lily pad and life vests to keep everyone safe), to the pool table, ping pong table, poker table and choice of two TV's, no one was saying, "I'm bored." : ) Plenty of sleeping accommodations. The beds were a little on the soft side, and the only burp was a missing O ring seal for the blender. Everyone enjoyed the stay very much, and would highly recommend this property.

We stayed at Seneca Serenity for our daughter’s graduation from Clemson University, and it was a wonderful experience. The property is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and truly lives up to its name. There was plenty of room for our family and guests to gather, eat, and celebrate without ever feeling crowded.We especially enjoyed the large outdoor grill and all the space both inside and outside for spending time together. The hosts were very communicative and helpful throughout our stay, and we appreciated the games and water equipment available for guests to enjoy. The property is quiet, hidden away, and perfect for relaxing and meditating.One small suggestion would be to include washcloths in addition to hand towels for bathing. We also brought our own pots, pans, utensils, seasonings, etc. because we weren’t sure what to expect, though the home itself was very well kept, well stocked (pans, utensils, plates, seasonings, etc.) and welcoming. Also, there was plenty of parking for everyone!The winding gravel road leading in can feel a little intimidating at first, but once you arrive on the property, it’s absolutely worth it. One thing to note is that the downstairs area involves quite a few stairs, which could be difficult for older family members to navigate repeatedly.Overall, our entire family loved the property, and it gave us a beautiful place to celebrate such a special occasion and make lasting memories together.

House is huge with plenty of places for people to sleep. Kitchen is well stocked and there are lots of water "toys" available. The lighting could be better....not enough good reading lamps and some had burned out bulbs. We couldn't find any new lightbulbs so had to borrow some from other lamps. Refrigerator was still full of last guests' food when we arrived so we had to clean out the refrigerator. Raccoons kept getting into garbage cans at night and tearing open the bags so we finally put heavy rocks on the lids.

Retreat

12 ladies stayed two nights. Another 12 came for one day. It is the perfect place for that many ladies. Everything was above our expectations.

Beautifully Appointed Home

The house was amazing with all the amenities you would expect, and many more! There was plenty of space to spread out and more than enough beds for our group. If you are looking for a great house for a gathering of friends to relax and fellowship, this is a great option!

Excellent Property - Perfect for Our Large Group

Our group of 11 gentlemen had a wonderful time Seneca Serenity!! The house had plenty of beds for all and although the location is a bit remote, it's still close to everything we needed during our stay. We had a great time and if in the area again, we'd certainly like the stay here again. Thanks.

New Years with Friends

This was an incredible stay. The lake views are amazing and the house is a generous size for a large group. My friends really enjoyed the downstairs area with all of its game offerings. The host was also very cooperative and lenient throughout the booking process despite complications from the rise of Omicron. A perfect weekend getaway!
