All 4 units share the beach access and have individual dedicated dock slips.

Beach/lake access does not include a lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or drownings.

Beach property ie., chairs, umbrellas, paddle boat, kayaks, paddle boards belong to neighbors and are not included for guest use. You are welcome to bring your own items to use on the beach and in the lake.

Our neighbors have friendly dogs on property that are not leashed that you may come in contact with at times.

There are two designated parking spots directly in front of our unit that you will have access to. Please make sure not to “block” anyone in. Extra parking is available as you first come onto the property. *please be careful of the drainage dip. We are not responsible for any damage to vehicles or property on site.

*There is known wildlife in our area and some bear sightings. Please take necessary precautions, and keep all food safely indoors and not left out. We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages.
