"The Cottage was an excellent choice for our stay in Spearfish! We stayed two nights and found the two bedrooms and living area were spacious and perfect to allow us to relax. Check in was easy; great communication throughout stay with property managers. Easy to see this is the renovated upper floor of an older home but decor was updated and furniture and fixtures were modern. Visited during two days of 80+ degrees yet AC kept up nicely. "Great place to stay. Staff is super friendly even after I showed up an hour after office was closed. I didn't read full property details where it says office was closed at 8pm my fault. Cabin 5 is super nice. I'm handicap with a walking cane but when I placed reservation I didn't know this was a handicap cabin and that made cabin even better. Like most places I stayed at if you have medical equipment example both my wife and me has CPAP and I have oxygen only at night time then you better have...

"We loved our stay here! The location in Hill City does not get better and it absolutely is the best option we have found that lends more luxurious, which can be hard to find in the Black Hills area. Responses were quick and friendly, the space was so calming and quiet, and it truly felt like a sanctuary after long days of exploring. We can’t wait to come back and cannot recommend this more!"

"Love it here! Great staff & clean property"

"Rooms looked and smelled clean. Sheets and towels were bright white and smelled freshly laundered. Property managers were cordial, easy to get ahold of, and accommodating. There is a small fire pit near the rooms, and there are grilling options available if you want to go that route. It is right on the outside of Hill City and an easy drive to Rapid City, Custer, and Keystone. We will DEFINITELY stay here again! "

"Using this awesome place as a base, we explored the Black Hills from bottom to top. If you're looking for complete solitude, this is the place. Don't miss, Needles Highway, Spearfish Canyon Hwy, 1885 restaurant."

"We were in spearfish for the BHSU basketball camp for our boys and we stayed here and it is its own little piece of heaven in the mountains. Dewayne was great with communication and the cabin was everything we expected. When we come back this is where we will stay. "
