"What the owner failed to mention is that there is a huge metal construction obstructing the ocean view from the balcony. This omission feels unfair and dishonest. Additionally, after staying in other apartments within the same three massive Orbi buildings, I can confidently say that this one is overpriced compared to identical apartments. It was definitely not worth it, and I will never lease this room again."

"I recently stayed at a hotel in the Orbi complex and had a great experience. The location is perfect — just a few steps from the sea, with many restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. The room was clean, modern, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony was amazing! "Beautiful location right across from the beach. Great view of Batumi from our balcony. Really enjoyed the cafe on the property, we were there every day for coffee and the sandwiches were surprisingly good as well. It’s a new property with some construction happening, but nothing that disturbed our stay aside from a few quick power outages. "El hotel es nuevo y todo fue fenomenal, pongo 4 estrellas por pequeños detalles que faltan como no hay donde colgar la toalla de mano en el baño, hay un balcón enorme con unas vistas increíbles al mar pero no hay donde sentarse, no hay donde guardar ropa interior solo armario con perchas y ningún cajón. La cama es muy cómoda, tiene las cortinas opacas y una muy buena insonorización. La ubicación es perfecta. El desayuno bueno pero muy caro, hemos desayunado una vez el último día y menos mal que o hemos usado más la gente van ahí si nunca hubiera comido nada, salvajes "
