The door that was left open for us to access the room had a sign reading ‘please use other door’. The contact number to call was unresponsive. "Although the Rita Suite was clean, comfortable and roomy, and it is in a great location, we found it lacked some basic amenities for travelers such as: Salt and Pepper, cooking oil, servettes, extra roll of paper towel, and sufficient amount of coffee pods for the length of our stay.
