"Very comfortable, top floor, modern apartment with plenty of space for four of us in heritage home. The home retains its original, creaky stairs (3 flights up), but the apartment itself has been nicely updated with a good kitchen and nice, large deck. Pretty, quiet neighborhood of beautiful homes and a very easy, short walk to the Saratoga racetrack and downtown. Would stay again but bring own supplies. Manager was responsive, but it was annoying to only have one pod each for dishwasher and...

"We absolutely loved our stay! As per the listing, it was private with riverfront views, hiking on the premises and a very comfortable home-away-from home!Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. They built fires outside for us in the evening to enjoy the outdoors including the riverfront and nature! You are right down in the middle of Saratoga's late night fun, close to everything.The loft is super charming. "It was quite elegant, with sparse but modern furnishings. A lot more space than I needed, and so much more than what I expected. The view from the second-story enclosed porch was a dream. I wish I could have had guests over to show it off. The owner was very accommodating in resolving an issue that wasn't even their fault. Hope to stay again."

"Nice location in the heart of Sylvan Beach. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment itself is above The Sandy Pail store. We heard no noise from down below. The entrance is behind an ice cream store and not very attractive. But the apartment is clean, modern, and nicely decorated in a contemporary manner. There is no dishwasher or washer dryer. "
