"The property was in a fantastic location and very well maintained. Close to everything you need but in a nice quiet neighborhood. The outdoor space was a really nice bonus too. Four of us were very comfortable staying splitting the bedrooms and the pull out couch. "

"This is an exceptional Provincetown rental. The location could not be more ideal, being just over a block to the Boatslip and a quick peddle to the beach. Leigh has done an amazing job of making this a very comfortable and well-appointed rental. The fixtures, bedding, and kitchen appliances are all new, clean, and beautiful. "Well appointed studio apartment, everything you need for a quiet beach retreat. There is both a back and front sitting space which is nice for morning/afternoon respectively. The beach across the street is quite small and we almost skipped it but decided to check it out. while we were there a pod of dolphins showed up, amazing!One small improvement might be a larger couch, we didn’t have any rainy days which was beyond expectations, but if a movie night were in order it would be nice to have...

"Amazing location off of Commercial St, close to all the action yet quiet for a good nights sleep. Easy check-in, clean, and great communication from the host. Well stocked kitchen for preparing small meals - we enjoyed coffee/breakfast on the front patio and made lunches for the beach. Quick walk to all the hot spots. This was our first time in Ptown, and will definitely be back!"

The location is the best part - across the street from a private beach, and about 10 minutes from Provincetown, Golfing and a handful of lighthouses. "Lovely accommodations in a great spot! Bus stop for the shuttle to/from P-town is right across the street. Beautiful views and beach walking right from condo. It's a little tight for 5 people with one bathroom, but certainly not insurmountable. We had issues with AC but owner was not at fault, was very responsive, and went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable. "

"Overall this property gets an A. My wife and I were looking for a relaxing, low key getaway on the beach. Alan’s Seas the Day place met all of our requirements and then some. The place was clean, Alan was responsive to our inquiries, the place is just as it is presented on VRBO.
