"Although we were at Paddler’s Rest briefly, we would return again to enjoy all of the amenities. The private sandy beach, indoor game room, and free use of kayaks and canoes were a huge bonus. The refrigerator in the motel room was sizable. The staff were welcoming and quick to give us dining suggestions."

"The layout of the kitchen, dining, and living room was great to keep our group together. The house is spacious and yet still cozy. We really enjoyed our stay. Our hostess Anne was wonderful! "

"Our friend group stayed over the weekend to tour Lake George and Johnsburg. The cabin was immaculate. The host graciously provided snacks, beverages, and several household supplies. They accommodated our every request and they communicated with us in an extremely prompt and warm manner. The highlights included the fire pit, the grill, the deck, the den, and the large living room. We obviously will come back."

"Beautiful historic ADK camp with sweeping views of whiteface, lake placid and the surrounding mountains! Expansive deck with comfortable lounge and Adirondack chairs accommodates the whole family. The kitchen is well stocked and the outdoor dining area on the screened in porch was a great bonus! In addition to the 2 boats that are provided there is a canoe, 2 kayaks and even fun little paddle boat. Plenty of toys to enjoy the lake! WiFi is weak at best so plan on leaving work at home. "We had a great time at this great location. It was the perfect place for our mission trip crew to unwind after a hard week’s work. The owners were immediately responsive to any need that we had. We will definitely look to come back!"

"This was used for a get together of three different families. The host was available and accessible on site when we we needed something, and the place was adequately stocked. The inside was better than the pictures. They've done many updates since the last set of pictures was taken, such as color schemes, bedding arrangements (bunkbeds in one of the bedrooms, which was great for our group), and a nice grill. Overall a great value. "

"Condo was clean and well equipped. Large living room area with a floor to ceiling stone fireplace. Very quiet area right on the Lake Placid Golf course with beautiful views of the mountains. It is conveniently located to the village of Lake Placid."
