"The 31st floor room is in an immaculate condition with the best view overlooking Singapore 🇸🇬 . The bedsheets and pillow cases were sparkling clean. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone seeking a quiet room with uninterrupted beautiful sunset view."

"Staff were friendly and very helpful. They even allowed for an early check-in when the room was fully prepared!
That being said, compared to my last stay, the shortcomings were more obvious. The safe box in the room was not functioning and the air-conditioning was not as cold as it should be(my friend's room was ice cold to the point of condensation on the windows).
And again, the breakfast spread could do with more variety.
Overall, the hotel was a nice retreat from city life and I do like...

"I feel sad the TV was very bad watch the image was like ghost and double picture and sound was terrible and they change to high level it was worse and remain the same level by watch with the Hp show also the shower was terrible to bath the water running near to the tap and ball touch to the tap."

"I was impressed by the room service. Being that I was out and did not request for room service, the staff still made the room & top up the amenities. This aside, I had some cash and electronic items on the table and they were all untouched. The staff had only focussed on making the room. Such high level of service integrity is indeed applaudable. It has been my second stay at this property and I highly recommend it."
