"The suite was clean and had several places to sit- a full-size table, a couch, and a weather-proof balcony (which was my favorite). It also came with a kitchen stocked with dishes and glasses. The bedroom was nice and had extra towels/sheets, and a lockbox. The lockbox battery was dead so it didn’t work, but the neighborhood felt very safe. The toilet and shower room were separate, which was nice. Plus, the shower room had heated tile floors. The only downside was that it was easy to hear through the walls. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend earplugs. Also, the housekeeper came by during the hour before I needed to checkout- this could be good for towel exchange (if necessary), but I would have preferred if the housekeeper waited until after my checkout time. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would stay there again. "

"Hotel descuidado, muebles obsoletos y sin mantenimiento, puede mejorar su atención y servicio al cliente, no cuenta con servicio a la habitación, un día no limpiaron el cuarto y se hizo un upgrade para la suite, a mi parecer no es un hotel de 4 estrellas con estos detalles, importante decir no todo fue malo, el servicio en el bar muy buena atención, servicial y pendiente de las mesas, muy bien el servicio del personal del bar"
