Amazing Stay

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at Villa Bali Gaya. Great outdoor area and pool, which the whole family enjoyed. A spacious living area with toys provided for the kids, and a good kitchen making it easy to cook for the family when not eating out. The neighbourhood was quiet, and it was only short walks to great restaurants, supermarkets, Spas, and placed to shop. The walk to beach was great for shopping or having some food at the many restaurants. Overall a very relaxing and memorable stay!

Property was good, everything you need, excellent housekeeping staff, any thing we needed was attended to straight away, only complain was the hair dryer was not hot enough, if that is really a complaint.

Cute Little Villa!

We thought the photos on the listing didn’t do it justice. It was so cute! The a/c worked great in the rooms, pool was nice and clean, plenty of drinkable water, and we appreciated that they had some extra toiletries, as we had forgotten bug spray and a toothbrush. Good location away from the hustle and bustle but easily walkable or you can get an inexpensive Uber ride into town. Would definitely recommend!

Behind the Gate LIes Paradise

The villa was a little slice of tranquility and paradise in bustling Seminyak. The villa itself is delightful and the photos represent it very well. The living/dining area can be open to the yard and was very comfortable for the two of us. I think if there were four people staying, it would be nice to have a couple of comfortable chairs as well. The bedrooms were excellent with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. Each had a security safe, which is a great feature. Each also had an air conditioner that did a great job of keeping the bedrooms cool and pleasant for sleeping. The bathrooms were large and airy and had many nice extra touches such as lotion, mosquito repellant and even toothpaste if one had forgotten to bring one’s own. The pool was heavenly. The scent of the frangipani blossoms in the tree above and floating in the water made swimming in the pool absolutely delightful. Like the most pleasant aroma therapy ever. The privacy of the villa allowed for enjoying the pool sans bathing suits, which was also particularly pleasant after a day out and about. As wonderful as the amenities of Villa Gaya 1 were, however, it was Marco and the staff that made it perfect. All of the booking process was very easy. Marco responded right away to all of my questions. He arranged an excellent airport pick up for us. We were greeted at the villa with welcome beverages in the refrigerator and a few supplies (bread, marmalade, milk, coffee, tea and more) to get us going. Although Marco was not in town when we arrived, he made it a point to come and meet us before we left, which we appreciated; it was good to meet the person who made our brief stay in Seminyak so lovely. Please heed Marco’s advice and have a local SIM card for your phone so that using Uber is easy. Part of the tranquility of Villa Gaya is that it is NOT in the heart of the craziness. To plunge into that scene, Uber is necessary. Thanks, Marco, for a delightful initiation into Bali.

Geweldige woning met heerlijke tuin

Heerlijk huis wat helemaal overeen komt met de foto's en informatie. Heerlijk genoten mede doordat Marco en zijn staff altijd voor je klaar staan en je een ongestoord verblijf geven.

Great Villa!!

The villa is exactly as shown in the pictures. We enjoyed our stay very much. Marco was always available to answer any questions and send staff to help us if needed. The villa was cleaned every day and staff replenished the cappuccino we liked. It would have been nice to have con air in the common area. The TV’s in bedrooms have no cable but they do offer a large selection of movies/dvds you can choose from. We absolutely loved the pool! The location was great to walk out into town and eat at some of the restaurants around. We were also able to have food delivered to the villa! Uber is very cheap even tho they could not find the villa at times. We had no water one day and Marco was able to have staff come and fix it right away! I highly recommend this villa.

Excellent property, well maintained and professionally run.

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. Marco and his team know how to make you feel comfortable from the start and nothing is to much trouble. The villa was kept spotless each day by his team and everybody was always very helpful when it came to any request for information or getting hold of a taxi or transport. The villa is well situated and close to shops. It is very private and the pool is a very nice added bonus, it is well worth the cost(which is very decent). If you are looking for a nice peaceful place to stay in lovely surroundings this is the spot to consider.

Our first stay!

Marco and his staff where not only friendly and efficient but also prepared to go that extra mile to be helpful. As first time visitors to Bali , Marco was able to give us some local insight which proved invaluable. Dewa ,our driver who is also part of Marco's team was outstanding. The villa was neat and clean as was the pool and gardens. It was also quiet and Marco supplied a SIM card and some initial groceries. Would we stay there again? Absolutely! Thanks for a great stay Marco and staff. Ross Jeffries

Absolutely beautiful! Perfect for a family of 4.

We stayed for 14 nights in Gaya Villa 1. Wow! From the moment we walked in, it was like like walking in to sheer luxury. Our very friendly driver Dewa, had picked us up from the airport (part of the package)and taken us to our Villa. I had expected it to be something like real estate where you see the pretty pictures, and then you see it in situ, and you think you're looking at another place...well, this was EXACTLY how it is pictured. Marco (owner),met us at the Villa, and gave us the grand tour. The lights were on, the aircon cooling and the fans were going. It was perfect after our 6hr flight then 1 hr in Bali humidity, at 11pm at night. There were biscuits and treats on offer, and the fridge had milk, juice, softdrink, bread, eggs, bottled water, jams etc, to help us settle in for the evening. There was also complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, every sauce you cld imagine, s & p, sugar, oil, etc, which was replenished daily. We also had never-ending access to cool fresh drinking water, which was a God-send. The Villa inside was absolutely spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The beds were wonderfully comfy, and there were even pretty balinese nets to protect us from the nasties at night.(they also provided insect repellant, shampoo, soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, & moisturiser) You literally didn't need to bring anything else but yr clothes, and even then, not too many! It is such a private Villa that we weren't even worried about skinny-dipping on the very warm nights! The bedrooms had aircon and the living area had fans. We never felt uncomfortable or too hot..and this was over the xmas period as well( mid summer). The kitchen was fully-equipped, and the pool was absolutely beautiful and very well maintained, as was the small yard. The cleaners visit every day and were always very polite and friendly. Any problems we had, Marco was just a phonecall away. He also provided us with a Bali sim card which was great, as we used it all the time to order food, and call an Uber. Uber is the best, and it's so cheap, as well as delivery for take away is only 15000Rp which equates to $1.50 AUD...so no need to 'go out' for dinner, if you don't want to..Brilliant. I would highly recommend Gaya Villa 1 to everyone! We had a fantastic time! Gaya Villa is walking distance to many shops and grocery places, with a 'mini mart' 50metres from the Villa, otherwise, just Uber, as it's so cheap!! Thankyou Gaya Villa & Marco. You guys rock!

Beautiful Villa

Beautiful villa! Marco and the staff were very helpful. The villa was as pictured, close to restaurants, and was perfect for our stay. I'd definitely stay here again!

Très belle maison , agréable, fonctionnelle et bien située! Belles prestations de services, le propriétaire a su nous mettre à l'aise dès notre arrivée ! On peut y trouver de nombreux renseignements sur les activités et les fonctionnements de la vie de tous les jours !
