"There is road construction through town but it did not take away from the charm or beautiful surroundings. It made walking easier too because the traffic is slow and alllows for crossing the roads. The side walks are still accessible too."

"Overall, our stay good. Normally it would be a great location; downtown, close to resturants, but the street just outside of the apartment was torn up and the access was made more difficult. The other things that were not ready were the sheets were piled on the bed, and it was not made up, In addition, the tv remotes did not work. First, it was the one in the living room and after it was fixed the one in the bedroom quit working. "

"We had a wonderful stay. Condo was clean, lots of extra towels for the hot springs, and great location for walking around town. Host was very responsive. Noticed the ottoman in the living room was broken (top not attached) and all screws were missing which was dangerous. "

"We loved this condo! Our family of 10 came to Ouray over Christmas Vacation. The location was an easy walk to the Ouray Ice Pqrk and to enjoy the shops in town. The entire place was clean and well cared for. The parking was convenient and close"

"First off, communication and help and advice from Cam, First Class!! Answered all my questions, even the dumb ones, since we had never been to Ouray. LOCATION is just beautiful, close enough to town for all your needs, walkable for some. Creekside so the sound amazing when sitting outside, deer just walk over to nibble on his grass. Twin Peaks hot springs literally down the street for a day pass to relax. Worth the few extra dollars for the true Hot Springs experience rather than feeling like...

"The condo was quite comfortable and clean, we appreciate that it is dog-friendly, and the location can't be beat; however, as others have also mentioned, our dogs were afraid of the stairs, they took a very long time going up and down them each time throughout the stay, and we actually had to carry one of them (a 40-plus pound pup) up and down for the first two days until he finally was willing to do it on his own. "

"Great little apartment perfectly located steps from the gondola and the main street of Telluride. The apartment was clean, easy to find, and well appointed. Great decor and comfy couch. It is a smaller flat so with 4 adults it can start to feel a little small. Definitely make sure you are comfortable with the rest of your party (one bathroom). The parking space and ski locker were a great added bonuses. Could have benefitted from a few more hooks / places to hang coats, ski clothes, etc. but all...

"I couldn't recommend this place more! Everything was absolutely wonderful! Such a cute an clean place that was perfect for our ski trip! An easy walk (Even in ski boots) to the gondola and close to a market, restaurants, stores and more in Telluride. Host was wonderful and very communicative and made everything easy. "We LOVED our stay. This is a cozy condo in the perfect location to walk to town to the restaurants and shops and to walk to the gondola and lifts. Would definitely stay again. It was well equipped with everything you need. The perfect spot!"

"Great location in Telluride with short work to Gondola and main street/shops. Property was clean and overall well maintained. The internal staircase was a bit of a challenge for getting down to the bedrooms on the lower level but there is another set of external stairs that can be used. "
