Das Haus, der Ausblick von den Terrassen, die Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit etc. alles war herausragend. Ramon war immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Diese Finca kann man nur empfehlen.

The house is exactly like on the photos: really nice, spacious, renovated. We were a group of 10 people and it was ideal for us. It had everything we needed and if we would have any questions or issues, Ramon would quickly reply to us and help. We recommend this place 100%!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaften Finca!Die Ausstattung ist toll – alles ist sehr sauber. Besonders beeindruckend ist die herrliche Aussicht, einfach atemberaubend. Der Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein, und die Außenküche auf der Terrasse ist ein echtes Highlight: sogar mit Gefrier-/Kühlkombination. Die Küche hat eine deutlich besseren Küchenausstattung als in vielen anderen Ferienhäuser.Die Übergabe und Abnahme verliefen völlig unkompliziert über einen Schlüsselsafe, und die Betreuung vor Ort durch Ramon war überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich.Insgesamt eine wahre Oase der Ruhe – perfekt, um abzuschalten und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Spektakulär

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, die Lage, die Ruhe, der Pool und natürlich das Haus selber, wir haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Ramon war super. Die Aussicht toll, die Terrasse oben zum Frühstück und unten für den Grillabend, sehr sehr schön, immer wieder gern, Muchas gracias y hasta la próxima.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir waren mit unseren Freunden eine Woche in dieser schönen Finca und können sie nur weiterempfehlen. Schon beim Frühstück oben auf dem Balkon darf man einen wunderschönen Ausblick genießen. Auch die Abendstunden auf der großen Terrasse waren einfach herrlich. Unser Gastgeber Ramon war immer ansprechbar und hat sich sehr schnell via WhatsApp gemeldet. Insgesamt ein gelungener Urlaub, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

vacances en famille

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans la maison de Ramon qui correspond exactement aux photos.Ramon est là au moindre problème et vide les poubelles tous les 3 jours , c'est une corvée en moins quand on est en vacances . La maison est très bien placée pour visiter l'île . Vous pouvez louer cette maison les yeux fermés et nous si on retourne à Mallorque on relouera sans problèmes

Overall a pleasing stay

The property is nice, and it was fairly priced. We really liked the pool and sun-beds area. A few amenities we appreciated: the gas grill, the ping-pong table, the fairly-well stocked kitchen. Only gave 4 starts because some things were less than perfect, e.g: - the oven/stove felt underpowered - the hot water took a long time to come to temperature - the location is accessible by a very narrow road which is quite long, and is two way, and there's often a need to drive backwards into a space so that 2 cars going opposite ways can fit.

wir waren mit 7 Erwachsenen in dem Haus und haben alles so vorgefunden, wie es beschrieben war. Ramon hat jeden zweiten Tag nach dem Rechten geschaut und gleich den Müll mitgenommen. Wir können das Haus allen empfehlen!

Toller ruhiger Ort

Die Liegenschaft ist sehr ländlich gelegen. Es gibt ein toll ausgestattetes Haus mit großem Pool und vielen Schlafplätzen.

Our family holiday in Moscari

Stayed here in late August. The villa is set in beautiful quiet countryside with stunning views. Very spacious which accommodated our three- generation family comfortably. Loved the outside kitchen with huge, covered terrace area. We made good use of the pool needless to say, the table tennis was also a hit and good wi-fi a bonus. Would recommend car hire. We had an early evening mini-bus transfer from the Airport. Taxi into Alcudia the next day, hired a 7- seater car there which was cheaper than the Airport, and then we were free to explore. Raymond was very helpful and only a 'phone call away. Would highly recommend for a family holiday. Pam & Dave.

Dejligt hus på en god beliggenhed mellem Inca og Campanet

Dejligt hus med masser af plads til ti personer. Huset ligger højt, og det lufter lidt, hvilket er godt når temperaturen er 33-37 grader. A/C fungerede perfekt ligesom resten af tingene. Poolen blev brugt flittigt og var altid ren og pæn.

Great house for a group

This was a nice house for a group of friends or a family. The outdoor pool area was great and the terrace was the perfect place for meals with a view of the mountains. The house was clean and located in the countryside. There isn't much around but was perfect for cycling. My only suggestion would be for the house to have more staple items - paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, etc. Ramon was so easy to deal with and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir waren 10 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber nur 10 Min. Gehweg zu einem kleinen Einkaufsladen mit frischem Baguette. Der Besitzer Ramon ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und dabei diskret. Im Haus gibt es wirklich alles, was man braucht und wenn was fehlt (wir brauchten eine größere Kaffeemaschine und einen zweiten Föhn) kümmert sich Ramon am gleichen Tag. Großes Kompliment und vielen Dank für die schönen Tage.

Relaxed time at Villa Moscari

We were 10 adults and stayed 10 days. As we were presumably the first tenants this season the house was cold but heating functioned and the beds were equipped with duvets. Bathrooms are spacious. There could have been more towels. The kitchen is equipped to the normal standard. We bought a second coffee maker as one was not enough for the 10 of us (we do that almost every year as it is a tradition for us to spend some time on a Finca in Mallorca in spring, we therefore bring also our own sharp knives and kitchen towels). More cutleries would have been helpful, but the dishwasher functioned and we used it regularly, same as the washing machine. On our third day the owner brought more wine glasses and a basket full of lemons and eggs - fantastic! The outdoor kitchen is very nice. We made Paella on the gas grill and also had several BBQs. Given the time of the year we could not sit outside in the evening but the living room was spacious with big windows and a marvellous view. The non-heated pool was only enjoyed by some "hard-boiled" of us. Ramon was very efficient and quick when we contacted him and super-friendly. We enjoyed our stay.
