The well-equipped apartment “Kleine Gartenwohnung Haus Forelle” is located right on the ski slope in Wolkenstein in Gröden, making it ideal for a family ski holiday. With its proximity to the nature park, it’s also perfect for summer getaways filled with hiking and cycling in the Dolomites.



The 30 m² apartment features a living area with dining table, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom with an additional single bed, a bathroom and a separate guest WC. It accommodates up to 3 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, washing machine, safe, cable/satellite TV, and a baby cot available on request.



The private garden with seating and sun loungers offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. A special highlight: you can access the Sellaronda ski area directly from the house and explore the entire Dolomiti Superski region.



The center of Wolkenstein is just a few minutes away by bus, with a stop only 20 m from the property. There you’ll find shops, cafés, and restaurants. Bolzano is about 46 km away.



Parking is available on the property. Towels and bed linen are available for an extra fee and can be changed on request. Washing machine and dryer are available on request and for an extra fee. Pets are not allowed. Only registered guests are permitted. A ski storage room is also available.
