The Zirm Penthouse holiday apartment at Untermairhof in Mühlwald offers stunning mountain views over two floors. It features an open staircase in the penthouse with 8-meter-high panoramic windows, a spacious lounge with a traditional tiled stove (which includes a double bed and can serve as a fifth bedroom), a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, living area, and a 3.5-meter dining table with 12 chairs, 4 natural wood bedrooms upstairs, two bathrooms with bathtub and/or shower, toilet, bidet, a guest WC on the ground floor, and accommodates up to 12 guests. High chairs and baby cots are available on request.



Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with workspace, plus two 55-inch flat-screen TVs in the living area and lounge. Shared spaces at Untermairhof offer game rooms with table tennis, foosball, darts, a new billiard room, a large playroom with play corner, children’s games, lounge, and a library. A guest laundry with washing machines, vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board is available free of charge.



The private outdoor area includes a covered terrace and two balconies. Untermairhof features a 2,500 m² garden with sun loungers, two barbecue grills, outdoor dining areas, and a large playground with trampoline, slides, and more. The bus stop is 250 meters away.
