  • This two bedroom apartment 67sq m is for rent with a minimum 2 night stay. Only 4,7 km to Reykjavik center. Pick up included at the city bus terminal or Keflavik airport upon arrival for additional fee. The check-out time is 11:00. The check-in time is between 14:00-16:00 but a later check-in is possible.

    The 67sq meter apartment has 2 bedrooms and a fold-out couch in the living room, a full kitchen with kitchen supplies and a bathroom with a shower. Wireless internet is included. Washing machine and dryer, cable TV, The house was built in 2007.

    If guests whant day trips it is pososible to arange that as well.

Parking was good and laundry was good. Supplies were good. Siggi and Nanna were very hospital people. They were willing to assist in any way possible. We really appreciated his information on the drive to and from the airport. Best advice remember to “tend your garden (mind your business” to have a good life. 🙂

They have a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and nice tv. The owners are very helpful and friendly. They have wonderful knowledge of the area and will help you to get some more ideas of things to do. We had a great time and are very happy we chose their place for our holiday.

Very comfortable apartment. Has everything you need. Host went above and beyond making our stay pleasant. Host always available if needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Siggi and Nanna are AMAZING

The home was very clean, Nanna picked us up and even went to a grocery store so we could get a few items. Siggi took us to the airport for an amount outside of the vrbo rate. The home was well stocked with any and all amenities needed. We would stay here again.

Great location, very kind people and wonderful home

We had a fantastic stay at this rental home in Iceland! Siggi, the owner, was incredibly helpful—he went out of his way to pick us up and shared a ton of useful information during the ride. The home itself was perfect: clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Having access to the car made getting around so much easier. We would absolutely book this place again!

Great place to stay, lovely hosts

We absolutely loved staying here to explore Reykjavik and the Golden Circle. Our hosts were so kind, including directing us to a playground the kids loved and the more affordable grocery stores. Apartment was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the maps that were available as we planned our excursions each day.

Ideal location for a quiet holiday

Great apartment in lovely, quiet neighbourhood close to town. Great for coastal walks, public transit, access to local pool. Warm and friendly hosts responsive to any needs or questions we had.

Great location and friendly host

Our host greeted us at the airport and gave us a short driving tour on the way to the apartment. It was very clean and a good size with a nice kitchen. Easy walking distance to ocean side walking trails and an easy drive into Reykjavik. We would visit again and recommend to friends.

Great location, spacious apartment

The apartment was spacious and very clean. It is nestled in a wonderful location with the ocean just blocks away. It is sunfilled and beautiful by day and cozy and private at night. I would highly recommend this location and space to anyone as there is a bus stop just steps outside that will take you to downtown Reykjavik.

Best little apartment in Iceland

My mom and I stayed 6 nights. Siggi and his wife are the best host! The apartment had everything we needed, clean and everything worked great. Close enough to hear the ocean waves at night! The car they let guest use is AWESOME amenity. The apartment is centrally located and easy to travel to the west , north and eastern parts of the island. 10/10 would stay here again

Can't wait to come back!

Clean, well appointed, great location and Siggi is such a pleasure to deal with. Having a car provided was so convenient and gave us such flexibility to do what we wanted, when we wanted. Iceland is magical! Loved every minute of it.

Great place to stay

Loved our stay at this apartment. Ideal, quiet location just a few minutes drive from central Reykjavik or catch the bus which passes by the apartment. Supermarket is close by and you can step out for a walk along the coast. Our host Siggi was friendly, informative and keen to make sure we had a good stay. Siggi also picked us up from the airport and dropped us off for a reasonable cost, which simplified our travel. Would be happy to stay here again and would recommend to others.

Hope to Visit Again!

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Iceland. The home was in the perfect location just a few minutes from downtown Reykjavik and a short walk to a beautiful view of the ocean and local lighthouse. The owners were very helpful and friendly. The use of their car and Siggi’s offer to transfer us back and forth to the airport was all very convenient. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We hope to visit again!

The land of fire and ice

Fantastic accommodation and location with a great host. It was very clean and Siggi was very friendly and flexible with the airport pick-up and return. It’s a few minutes drive to the centre of Reykjavik and the coast line at either end of the accommodation’s street is simply beautiful. The apartment and car offer amazing value for Iceland. I am very thankful to Siggi and his wife for the memories we have of an incredible island. Highly recommended.

Wonderful apartment and hosts

Great apartment, close to Reykjavik. Siggi, the host, offered to pick us up at the airport (for a reasonable fee) and the use of the car made the stay so much more enjoyable to not have to worry about transportation. 5-10 minute drive to City Center, or a 30-ish minute walk. He pointed out good places to eat and get groceries, and even let us rest in a different apartment until ours was ready. Great stay, wonderful hosts! Highly recommend.

Perfect starting point to explore Iceland, provided by great host

Siggi is a perfect and extremely kind host, and the home is a wonderful starting point to explore Iceland. Seltjarnarnes is a great place, with the grotta lighthouse, bird shores, the Kvika footbath and the wonderful hill panoramic view in short walking distances. The bikes and the very close bus station are perfect for Reykjavik, and the robust Subaru kindly provided by Siggi lead us to many incredible experiences. Thanks a lot for wonderful holidays!

Amazing Find, Wonderful Host

This place was great and cozy. With the inclusion of the car, the location was perfect as it is not within walking distance of many places. Area was quiet and neighbors were all very nice. Siri was absolutely fantastic. He picked us up from the airport (for a fee of course) and dropped us off at the blue lagoon on our way out. He had great stories about his home and anything you needed to know- he would tell you.

Great stay

The apartment/house was small, but tidy and sufficient. We had a few little hiccups (internet password, check engine and oil lights on the dash of the car)…Siggi was quick to reply to our inquiries and the car did great while we were there. If you want to be in the hustle and bustle of Reykjavik this house isn’t your best option…but if you want to be by the water and some good walking then this house is for you. Great home, great host, and the access to the car is very nice. We would stay here again!
