Room was great and bed was comfortable but if they want to up their game a bit they need new flatter pillows the ones they have are small and poofy and I couldn’t sleep on them. Usually I don’t use one to sleep but they are even difficult to use to sit up and watch tv

It's like putting lipstick on a pig. My room was terrible nasty!!! Hair in the sink, greasy floors with nasty spots around the bed, the bedding was NOT inviting due to spots on the pillows, microwave was definitely not clean, as well as the ice bucket having food and grease marks all over it. Not to mention that we could not get into our bathroom upon arrival due to the door knob hanging off while the door was shut. It was not fixed just forced open and was told to not shut the door during our stay. Really? The sad part was it seemed to be okay and normal business operations. We only needed one night and had no where else to stay. Luckily there is a Walmart nextdoor so we were able to survive through the night with cleaning products and bedding. Overall, I would NOT recommend. Looks good on the outside but very nasty on the inside.

Basic place to stay

They had no safe box. Breakfast you may ask. Super basic and no good eggs. Powder eggs, no good. No pool, but there was one at a point. Gym ok. Customer service, friendly.

We didn't get the king room we paid to guarantee availability. We kept getting asked to come the next morning, then the next afternoon, when we were told by the evening shift that we couldn't be switched. At that point, we checked out The manager told us that we would get our refund for the second night since we refused the smell of Marijuana and couldn't get our king bed. He said that he would refund expedia, who would reimburse us. As you see, we drove to LA Quinta the same day.

Nice facility, nobody wearing masks

I was evacuating the hurricane area so I made a snap decision to go to Selma and stay at this hotel. Although I arrived at 11 pm Saturday night, it was not a problem for them. The hotel was very quiet and clean. My room was large and had a microwave, coffee maker and fridge, which were very convenient and helped me save money on my unplanned trip. I did not take advantage of the free breakfast because although there were signs saying everyone must wear masks inside due to the pandemic, nobody did, including the employees. This was my biggest concern since Alabama has the lowest vaccination rate in the country. In fact, I left the hotel for this reason although I still can’t go home. Also note that this hotel is two floors and there is no elevator. Normally this would not be a problem for me, but since I had to leave with several suitcases and my computer for fear everything would be lost in the storm, I had a very difficult time lugging all my stuff across the parking lot and up the stairs.

The room smell very bad nasty like mildew wet carpet and had roaches. They didn’t have towels. You ask for towels and they tell you they don’t have towels. What hotel don’t have towels

the room didn't have enough towels ,no kleenex tissues, and the breakfast was horrible the coffee was watered down and so was the cranberry juice. We will not stay again or recommend

Room with bad smell, shower with long black hear, 3/4" gap on front door at close condition. breakfast set up of a child, no for an adult. Too expensive for what they have to offer. Won't recommend to no one.

The room had roaches, the staff and guests weren't wearing masks and living there, the guests were knocking on our hotel room doors and went outside to shoot their guns for New Years by the pool and we couldn't enjoy being there for a funeral from out of town.
