One of the highlights is located in the penthouse: here you will find an indoor whirlpool as well as an approximately 40 m² rooftop terrace with views over Sellin. For even more relaxation, the villa features a spacious wellness area with a sauna with glass frontage, views of the surrounding greenery, and a separate relaxation area with comfortable loungers.

The villa is modern, stylish, and furnished to a high standard. Underfloor heating throughout the house, a fireplace in the living area, and Wi-Fi ensure a comfortable stay at any time of year.
