Enjoy relaxing holidays in the popular Baltic Sea resort of Sellin on the island of Rügen. This modern and comfortably furnished holiday apartment offers 52 m² of space for up to four people and is the ideal starting point for a relaxing stay on the Baltic coast. The fine sandy beach, Lake Sellin, and the famous pier are only about 900 meters away. Shops and a bakery are in the immediate vicinity and easily accessible on foot.

As a guest, you can use the new fitness area with modern exercise equipment and a variety of workout options free of charge. You also benefit from free daily access to the swimming pool at the AHOI Water Park & Adventure World for up to three hours (excluding June 29 to September 14, 2026, and October 1, 2026, to January 3, 2027).

The holiday apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a comfortable sofa bed in the living area, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer, and there is also a separate toilet.

On the northeast-facing balcony, you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and relax at the end of the day. A bicycle storage room and a children's playground are available within the complex. Pets are not allowed. A security deposit of €200.00 is required for the apartment and will be refunded after departure.
