A warm welcome to the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin!



In a prime location in the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin—right on the prestigious Wilhelmstraße—this attractive apartment building is designed in the traditional resort architectural style. Wilhelmstrasse leads directly, after about 400 meters, to the fine-sand, kilometer-long beach at the famous Sellin pier. Here, during your vacation on Rügen, you can enjoy the charm of the Golden Twenties. The Baltic Sea resort of Sellin is part of the UNESCO Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve, featuring magnificent, unspoiled nature. There are numerous biking and hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.

Our 53-square-meter vacation apartment is located on the second floor (max. 3 guests; bedroom, living room, kitchenette, bathroom/shower, Wi-Fi) and is individually and comfortably furnished with care. When the weather is nice, a 12-square-meter balcony (facing southeast) with rattan furniture and a storage box filled with fleece blankets invites you to relax. An electric grill is available for barbecuing.

The apartment is designed for guests with allergies; pets are expressly not allowed.

A free parking space is available at the property. The public transit bus stop is only about 500 meters away. You can safely store your bicycles in the lockable basement. Guests of our vacation rental can use the bicycles (1 men’s bike, 1 women’s bike, and 2 mountain bikes) free of charge.

The town center of the Baltic Sea resort is about 100 m away, and the small train station for the “Rasender Roland” is about 800 m away. In the center, various shops, stores, and many restaurants invite you to linger.

White sandy beaches, idyllic coves, shallow inlets, inland lakes, picturesque tree-lined avenues, rugged cliffs, and lush beech forests are just a few of the reasons why Germany’s largest island is, for many people, also its most beautiful. Anyone who visits Rügen will experience a wealth of variety. Nestled within the unique landscape are the sophisticated Baltic Sea resorts and the tranquil little villages. In addition to famous attractions such as Cape Arkona, the chalk cliffs, the seaside resort of Prora, and Granitz Hunting Lodge, the Störtebeker Festival in Ralswiek enjoys great popularity. An adventure cruise across the “Great Beauty” has already thrilled many visitors.

The spacious 52-square-meter vacation apartment, featuring a 43/109-cm SMART-LED color flat-screen TV and a TechniSat digital radio, invites you to relax. A free Wi-Fi connection allows you to surf the Internet.
You’re sure to find something to read in our small library, whether it’s a mystery novel or non-fiction.
If you’d like to sleep in the living room, you can do so comfortably on our double sofa bed (sleeps two at seating height).

The kitchen is a fully equipped kitchenette with an oven, a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, “Kleine Brise” Friesland tableware, and silverware for 12 people, along with the appropriate number of glasses (including wheat beer, champagne, and wine glasses), toaster, coffee maker, blender, hand blender, salad spinner, water and egg boilers, WMF pots, Teflon pans, and many other extras.
The dining table measures 90x160 cm and is accompanied by 4 comfortable cantilever chairs.

The bathroom is a spacious shower room with a toilet, 1 tall bathroom cabinet, 2 double-winged towel racks, 2 shower towel rods, 2 toothbrush glass holders, 1 fixed cosmetic mirror, 1 bathroom scale, 1 stainless steel laundry bin, and a hair dryer, ensuring your comfort.
The bathroom has a window.



Guests staying in our vacation rental can use the bicycles (1 men’s bike, 1 women’s bike, and 2 mountain bikes) free of charge.
