Welcome to our apartment Mönchgut!   Our apartment Mönchgut is located in the 2nd Upstairs, has a separate entrance hall with hallway and cloakroom and wireless internet. This unit is about 55 square meters. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests, has been modern and lovingly furnished. The living room has a comfortable couch with table; two leather armchairs and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-zone ceramic hob, hood, water cooker, coffee maker, toaster and fridge with freezer compartment. Here is also a dining table with seating. The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed, bedside tables and reading lamps and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and also a wardrobe. On arrival, the beds are already made with linen and there are fresh towels ready for you. The apartment also has a beautiful glazed porch (loggia) with seating and beautiful views. Here you can end the evening with a glass of wine. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet, hairdryer and vanity.

Welcome to Ostseebad Sellin!   Our holiday villa is situated in the south-east of the island of Rügen, in the well-known Ostseebad Sellin. This is located only 400 m from the sandy beach with the famous Sellin pier in the middle of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve South East Rügen with lots of unspoiled nature! Biking and hiking trails in the Granitz or the beaches start in the immediate vicinity. In the immediate vicinity is also the Peace Mountain. It is the centerpiece of the newly created Kurpark Sellins. In a minute you are on the well-known Wilhelmstrasse. This is the center of Sellin with its variety of restaurants and shops. A savings bank, Volksbank, shopping, bakery and a playground are only a few minutes walk away.   Here we rent three beautiful apartments (30 - 55 sqm, living room, 1 - 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom with shower, glazed porch, space for a maximum of 3 - 4 guests, wireless internet). You will find more details in the detailed description of the individual Apartments. Parking is available on the property. There is a storage facility for your bicycles brought along. It is about 500 meters to the bus stop of the public transport and in the vicinity in front of the house holds in the season the free local bath train to the beach. �� The history of the Ferienklause!The house Ferienklause was built in 1908 and radiates the flair of a holiday villa in the style of resort architecture. Our house experienced a varied history.  Since 1940 it is family owned. In the difficult post-war and GDR times, only the most urgent conservation measures were possible. It was only after the fall of the Wall that we were able to modernize on a large scale in order to offer you appealing living comfort.
