Another Great Vacation

The perfect beach house for your family vacation awaits. Leave your troubles at the door and leave your worries behind, this house has everything you need. You are close to the beach and wonderful restaurants. Our family has stayed here for several years now, and the owner is excellent with communication and it is located in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Cannot wait to go back again next year.

We just finished a one week family vacation at this property, with kids, parents and grandparents. There were 14 of us and the residence fit us all comfortably. It was clean and well kept. The owners were very attentive throughout the process and pleasant to work with. The location was excellent, the main strip to Ocean City is a short drive away, and there is a grocery store, liquor store, restaurants and ice cream shops basically attached to the community, which was very convenient. This house was within walking distance to the main pool grounds which contained two pools and a splash pad for the kids. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again in the future.

Family vacation at Bayside

Our stay this past week was absolutely fantastic. The house was beautiful, very clean and the host was extremely responsive. Weve stayed at various different communities in Delaware beach towns over the past 10 years and this has been our favorite experience. There is so much to do on property and the house has everything you need. The pictures do not do this house justice! Everything has been thought out for you. Even with my two little ones (ages 1 and 4) we had all we needed for an awesome week away.Thank you Mike for an awesome experience!

The owner was exceptional with communications on the property . The home was spacious, clean, and has excellent A/C. We loved the proximity to the SunRidge pool. An excellent home to vacation in for multi families stays. Highly recommended.

Fabulous Vacation

Our family truly enjoyed another vacation in Michael's house. We have rented here several times and we plan on going back again next year. The house is laid out very well, the kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots and pans, utensils, everything that you need. The rooms are spacious and we always feel right at home. Michael is very responsive if I ever have a question. The location is great since we were able to walk to the main pool in Bayside. Above all - it is impeccably clean as that is very important to us. We love dealing with Michael as he makes the entire process very easy and we cannot wait to go back again next summer. I highly recommend this house.

Amazing Experience

This was our 4th time staying at this amazing property. Everything about the home and the experience was quality. Our grandsons felt right at home. We enjoyed the use of the bikes and the other items that were made available for our use. We can't wait to come back!!!

Family holiday weekend

The property is gorgeous inside and out. Plenty of space. Beautiful neighborhood. Very close to grocery store and restaurants. Bikes, beach toys, cooler, wagon, etc in the garage was a delightful surprise. More than enough linens, pillows, and extra blankets in the house. Kitchen had everything that we needed and more. Things to consider that cannot be controlled by host: Its at least 30 minutes to the beach with traffic. This wasnt a deal breaker for us. Stagger your showers if you have a big group like we did so the hot water doesnt run out. We would definitely stay here everytime we come to Ocean City!

great house and location annoying trash and uncomfortable bed and sofas

The house is beautiful and is in a great location. The beds are uncomfortable. The sofas in the main family room are very uncomfortable. I feel that a house that costs this much with extra fees etc should come stocked with basics like toilet paper trash bags etc I also do not think we should have to walk and dump all the trash when we leave on Saturday to the nearest dumpster on top of bringing all linens I love the Bayside environment, but will be looking elsewhere for a more economical/family friendly vacation in the future.
