This house is perfect!

This house was amazing! Perfect in every way. Fully equipped. Spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Comfortable beds. Wonderful neighborhood. Great location. The host was more than responsive. Perfect for a few couples or a large extended family.

Beautiful Family Trip

We had a wonderful stay here. We were a large group of 17 people with a mix of children and adults and it was very comfortable/spacious. The house wad extremely clean and they provided everything you could need. The community was beautiful with so much to do! My only complaint was the amenity fee was advertised as $85/person when we booked the home and we were later told it was raised to $95/person two weeks before our trip. That really adds up with a large party and we felt the owner should have honored the price that was listed especially with the price we paid for a weeks stay at the home. Otherwise we would recommend the home for a great vacation.

Amazing property for large groups

This house was perfect for our group. We had 4 families, including 8 small children ranging between 2 and 12. The set up is great, the location is perfect, the house was clean and fully stocked with anything you could think of. We are a group that likes to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owner/property manager was great and communicated throughout the entire process. We will definitely be back next year!

Big Red Magnolia

Great house, very well maintained that accommodated our family of 14. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and family rooms. Great kitchen. Only down side was no pantry to store dry goods. A screened in porch would have been helpful with mosquitos. Will definitely consider staying here again. $85 per week per person fee to use Bayside amenities was a bit much (primarily for use of swimming pools and workout facility). This fee was required by the community, not the renter and is optional.

Amazing Getaway

My family of 16 spent our Christmas vacation at the big red house. The house is huge. The teenagers had their space on the lower level and the adults had their own space. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything you needed to prepare dinner. My parents are in their 80’s and having an elevator in the house was a huge advantage because it would have been difficult navigating the stairs. The house is very close to Ocean City Maryland which is an added bonus. We enjoyed our stay so much that we plan to return in the Summer.

The Amazing Magnolia House

From the beginning making the reservation, contacting the owner and getting a fast response the process was fast. Accurate description of the house and location. The community was amazing to explore many activities to do, boardwalk beach pools stores everything close by. Red magnolia house was an amazing place to stay.

Prefect family house

This large family home has EVERYTHING you need. 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, huge great room, kitchen and dining area. Safe quiet street with bike/walking paths. Community pools, tennis, golf, gyms, even Kayaking! 15 minutes from the beach. We had a wonderful vacation.

Great vacation!

Our extended family (13 people) loved our stay at the house! We had plenty of room and everything was as expected. The kids had a great time at the pools in the community and we found it a short ride to the beach. Looking forward to being able to return!

Bayside Community

The community has many amenities and the home is located near everything. Easy access to beach and pools. Plenty of comfortable rooms, clean and many extras, like bikes, beach chairs , high chair stroller etc.. Very enjoyable and comfortable stay for a family of 13.

It is Creme De La Creme!

The house was clean, furnished with what we needed, and decorated perfectly. The owner is very considerate of her guests. There were paper products to get us started and the beautiful cupboards were well furnished with plates, eating utensils, and cooking utensils. It was easy to sit down to a meal that was attractively prepared and served. We appreciated the handling of the linens and towels--very convenient. There were no complaints from our group of eleven. My husband and I were in the master suite. We felt special. We had no problem parking our cars even though at the most there were six cars. The bicycles and beach chairs for our use were a real plus. We vacationed with our family in other beach homes, and this one had more conveniences than any of the others. Monica, the owner, and the house cannot not be beat. We loved our week of fun times and relaxation. Thank you, Monica!

We have rented many houses but this one had the best equipped kitchen ever! Gorgeous house with plenty of room for large groups. Monica was available whenever we called or texted ! Plenty of bikes for all ages as well as beach chairs etc. We all had a fun vacation!

Great vacation home

This rental is everything we hoped for and more. We certainly would come back to this rental unit again. The owner, Monica Zuniga was very helpful and available through the whole rental process. The other grounds facilities available were also great, including the swimming pool, paddle boards, fishing. Although we are not golfers the golf course appeared well maintained.

11 of us stayed here for an annual golf trip. House is located on a course, and is about 20-30 minutes from lots of good golf courses in OC, MD. The house was very spacious for all of us, good outdoor space too. Kitchen was stocked with plates, mugs, grilling tools, the works. Great house.

Big Fun

We had a wonderful stay at the Big Red Beach House during the last 2 weeks of July. The home is beautifully furnished, very clean and extremely spacious. We were one of the first renters and were thrilled to find that the kitchen was very well equipped. We love to cook and were not in need of anything. The Bayside community is beautiful and perfect for families. My kids loved the freedom of riding bikes throughout the community and for ice cream or necessities at Harris Teeter. We love the safety of the community and the many activities available - pools, tennis, kayaking, SUP, basketball, etc. There are also wonderful concerts at the Freeman Stage at the entrance of the community every weekend. The owner, Monica, was very helpful with answering questions and providing photos as well as very responsive. Monica responds almost immediately to any questions you might have. We would return again in a heartbeat - it is a beautiful home.
