110% satisfied with the rental! Everything was accessible and convenient for us! We were all also surprised with all the new updates to the place difference from the pictures were shown. We definitely want to ask when your reservation bookings are available 2025

Always Satisfied

As always, we enjoyed our stay. This is our 4th year renting from Christine and Michael. House is very clean upon check in and has everything you need. Christine and Michael are excellent homeowners and I always can count on them if I have questions. Always quick to get back to you. Highly recommend!

Relaxing

We had a wonderful time staying here for a week. The house was super clean and Christine was very responsive to any questions I had. We walked in and everyone loved the Colors of the kitchen and living room. The porch and deck were great places to hangout. Our kids enjoyed fishing and crabbing off the back deck. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute and Comfortable in a nice location

The house comfortably slept a family of 6 and is in a nice quiet location that is still very easy access to Fenwick Island and Ocean City beaches. The place was clean and adorable and had a lovely outdoor seating area on the canal which we really enjoyed. The owners left comprehensive instructions/info for things around the house, community, nearby facilities, and activities to consider. Overall we had a lovely vacation here.

This is the 3rd year renting.

We loved this home the first 2 years and have had great experience, we rented it for 2 weeks this year! Homeowners are very friendly and always available if needed. Home was very clean and has everything you need. Highly recommend!

Great house

I have never walked into a vacation home and said this is nicer than the pictures but I did when I checked in to this property. It is absolutely beautiful, spacious and so clean. We cooked dinner in a couple nights and had everything we needed to make a great dinner. The grill was even clean! The back deck area was perfect for watching boats and having coffee or drinks. It is very close to fenwick island and the grocery stores. Our new fav find was Fenwick Ice Co right outside the complex to the right. They had great ice cream treats, music and corn hole. We had fun at the pool. And played pool in the community center a few times-there were a couple times that we were allowed because of a card game or a meeting. We also enjoyed shuffle board-I wish we could play past 7:00 but it closes. It would have been a fun night activity for our family. I cannot say enough great things about our stay. We will absolutely rent this property again. Thank you for you attention to detail!

Nice House...Unprofessional Host

The property was nice, as described. We enjoyed our time there. However, the owner was very unprofessional in her communications. Upon departure, the owner kept 20% of my security deposit claiming I and my 2 adult guests had left the house excessively dirty and accused me of breaking/stealing glassware from the house (neither are true). When I attempted to engage in a conversation to discuss the accusations, I was met with very scattered, unprofessional responses that did not address or respond to my concerns at all. Instead of a productive conversation, I was told very condescendingly "I'm sorry that $$$ breaks your bank." I will not be renting from this owner again in the future, and regretfully cannot recommend the property to others.

Beautiful location

Vacation home was very clean and roomy.. Very well thought out amenities.. minutes away from beaches and shopping and awesome restaurants.. Owners were great and prompt.. very enjoyable stay.. would highly recommend

Canal house

We normally have stayed in beach front condos in the past and decided to try something new on the bay this year. It was nice to have a full house. The house is newly updated with fresh paint, carpet and furnishing. It is located right on the canal and you can crab right off the back deck. We used the kayaks to go out to the bay as well as the available bikes to go around the neighborhood. The location is also convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. It is a short drive to the ocean front. This location has a little bit of everything depending on what you are looking to do. It was also nice to have a grill on the back deck to cook and eat on the deck. We enjoyed are stay and would recommend it to others.

Fantastic rental

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We’ve been renting in the area for 20+ years and this is at the top of our experiences. First and foremost Christine was very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. The place is beautiful inside and was very clean (which is very important to us as we have two younger children and have had bad experiences with cleanliness in the past). The kitchen in the house is fantastic and had more than enough supplies to cook dinners, not to mention the great kitchen table. All rooms had fully functioning TV and the wi-fi service also was great during the entire stay. The back patio is also a great place to sit with beautiful and comfortable furniture. Great nearby pool and access to all of the Fenwick/OC attractions and well. Highly recommend this rental and we will be returning in the future! Colin M.
