Perfect home for a group. We were in town for a golf trip and this house had more than enough room for our group. The house is cleaned perfectly, well stocked, and beautiful. The owners communicate with refreshing promptness. A wonderful house that we will use again for future trips.

House was beautiful and furniture and beds very were comfortable. Kitchen could use an update/ replacement of cookware and cooking utensils. There wasn't a single serving dish in the house for salad, pasta or main course. Although there were extra pillows, there weren't any pillow cases and no extra sheets for at the pullout sofa.

We stayed with three families with kids ranging from 6-16. The house is beautiful and well-appointed. We really appreciated all of the bikes and beach gear. Host was very responsive, even coming over once to turn on water to the outside spigot so we could avoid tracking sand inside. Overall it was a great stay. Not anything to do with the house, but if we stayed again, we’d probably skip the amenities pass, or go with 3 days instead of 7. They were pricey and we definitely didn’t use them enough. But that’s just because going to the beach was our group’s preference!

Beautiful home

Home was very nice and well kept. Close to beaches with very nice amenities on site. We had a couple of issues that were immediately addressed by the landlord. I would definitely recommend this property.

An excellent house

The house was extremely clean and well cared for. It was great to show up after a long drive and some of the basics were there- TP, hand soap, paper towels, etc. We did not need to shop that night and that was great. Everything worked well in the house.

Fall long weekend with friends

The property is beautiful! Alan made the checkin so easy and was very helpful leading up to our trip. There were 3 families. 6 adults and 6 children. More than enough space for all of us to spread out. The kids loved the little hide away under the stairs. And the adults enjoyed the big kitchen and living room. We shared lots of memories! Will definitely come back!

Plenty of space in Bayside

We had 6 adults and 4 children and had more than enough space to completely spread out! The home was nicely stocked and very clean. They thought of everything which made life much easier! The Harris Teeter is at the entrance to the resort which was so convenient. Alan is an amazing host who answered all questions with lightning speed. We will be back next summer!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this property. The home is beautiful, clean and well stocked with everything needed for a great getaway. Alan could not have been more responsive and helpful! The cold water bottles waiting for us in the fridge was a thoughtful touch after our long drive. Would highly recommend for all ages.

Fantastic family vacation

Alan’s house was even better than the photos. We all enjoyed his well equipped kitchen and games and puzzles. Each of the 6 bedrooms had the best comfy beds with linens that were high quality. When we had a minor issue, Alan took care of it immediately! Bayside is a great place to stay— rain or shine. We would happily return to this beautiful family home.

2 X Renters!

Found this lovely home last year and loved everything about it SO much that we dipped our toes in for a 2nd time! The neighborhood is ideal for small kids, as well as the garage! Toys, bikes, fishing gear! Who could ask for more? Oh wait, the inside! Alan & Susan are on top of it all and we couldn't be happier to have found this property! If you're thinking about renting ~ GO FOR IT! You will not regret it!

Perfect place for a family vacation.

This was our second time to stay here for a family vacation. The house is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean and well equiped. Our group of 8 included grandparents, parents and grandchildren and we were easily accommodated. Grands really enjoyed the special spot under the stairs just for them. The amenities of the resort are all first class and there is easy access to the beach and boardwalk. Already looking forward to doing it all again next year.
