The first bedroom is just past the laundry room on the ground floor and features a king bed, plus an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a standalone shower. Down the hall, the third bedroom features a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. A hallway bathroom can serve the guests staying in this room. This home may be set in a neighborhood, but Fenwick Island State Park is just over three miles away! You'll have a gorgeous stretch of beach only three miles east of you, plus more options that extend all the way down to Ocean City Beach. Seasonal visitors can enjoy Thunder Lagoon Waterpark (just under three miles away), while guests that are a little young for the beach will enjoy time at Northside Park (four-and-a-half miles away). If guests would like to sample the local vintage, Salted Vines Vineyard & Winery, Costa Ventosa Winery and Vineyard, and Windmill Creek Vineyard & Winery are all within 11-and-a-half miles of this home.
