My family had an amazing time at this wonderful condo. Michelle truly bent over backwards to make sure our family had a fantastic time and because of her quick responses to questions, tips and suggestions- we had one of our best vacations ever! The do do was huge for our family of four and outfitted with everything you can imagine. If you like tea or coffee- Michelle has you covered and for activities? We spent time at the pool, rode bikes, used the kayaks, tried pickleball for the first time and then went to several local beaches. We even darted down to Chincoteague for a pontoon boat ride where we saw dolphin, bald eagles and of course, wild ponies. It was a great vacation. Soooooo relaxing. Thank you Michelle for going above and beyond to I sure we all had such a memorable family vacation! 20 out of 10!!!!!

This condo was perfect for our yearly family vacation. It was so much larger than we expected so plenty of room to lounge, although we didn’t spend too much time indoors. It was clean and organized… Michelle thought of everything and was an awesome host. She definitely made our week so much easier and more enjoyable! The amenities at Bayside are awesome, and even if you decide to venture out- there are a ton of restaurants nearby. We definitely hope to stay again!

One week stay at Bayside

Michele made our stay so easy, comfortable, and enjoyable. The condo is spacious and immaculate. The kitchen has all the appliances, pots and pans, dishes, and the coffee set up is amazing.I loved the location. I had my 8 year old and 10 year old grandson while his parents worked remotely in the mornings. The pool was just across the street, along with pickleball and tennis courts. There were plenty of beach chairs in the garage along with bikes of all sizes. We biked to the point for lunch a couple of times.In the past our family has stayed in Rehoboth or Dewey. We may consider staying again next year at Bayside.

Perfect location

Beautiful unit. Very well equipped, particularly for those of us who love coffee. Short walk to the pool & facilities. Unfortunately last minute our family could not join as this property is very spacious with lots of room for a nice size family group.

Absolutely wonderful family vacation

Michelle was a fantastic host. From before our stay and through it, even until the last day where she offered for us to stay later than checkout because nobody was coming that day, she communicated efficiently and effectively. The home was clean, comfortable, incredibly well-stocked with Nespresso pods, keurig pods, flavored syrups for coffee, fancy teabags, pots and pans, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soaps and a garage filled with beach equipment for adults and kids. The location couldn’t be better, across from the pool. The resort was quiet, pleasant and clean. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Bayside Rental

What an amazing booking. Michelle was a superb host. Her availability and communication made this stay seamless. Not only was this the most well stocked clean and spacious rental, but its proximity to the Sunridge pool was perfect. The exercise facility was top notch and everyone in the family loved the pools, neighborhood and all the bikes, beach gear, games and toys available in the unit. What a wonderful experience we had here. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Fantastic Property Close to Pool

This property is maintained incredibly well (which unfortunately isn’t always the case in Bayside). The location is as close to the main guest pool as you can get and check-in is a breeze. Communication with the owner was seamless and they went above and beyond to ensure we had a great vacation. You can tell that the property has been oriented to be as welcoming to guests as possible. Can’t recommend it enough. (Just don’t book it the same week that we hope to)

Having vacationed in Fenwick Island for the past 26 years, we have pretty much stayed in every property However, this property ranks at the top of the list. Clean, nicely decorated, spacious and convenient are just some of the words I would use to describe this unit. Very close to the large pool, and only 1 mile from the fitness center. The unit is immaculately clean and can accommodate a large family easily. Everything you need for your vacation is there with the exception of linens. The landlord, Michelle, was in constant contact with us to answer our questions and make our stay as enjoyable as possible. She obviously takes great pride in the experience she provides to the person's lucky enough to stay in the unit. I can't recommend this enough...you cannot go wrong!top for the list!

Favorite spot!

We are returning guests because of the attention to detail and cleanliness of property! Anything you need (and more) that you don't think of is basically provided in the kitchen making arrival so easy! Layout is wonderful so that even with kids, adults are just separated enough to actually get some quiet restful relaxing time! Michelle's communication is above and beyond! Location is so wonderful for my kids to safely play ball, get to pools, and have more independence than they usually get in the city! Always feel so at home here. Lucky to be able to stay here! Can't wait to return!

Wonderful Family Retreat!

Michele was INCREDIBLE with communications and went above and beyond as a host - we LOVED this property - much bigger in pics, and so perfect for our fam with 2 young boys. Games, cozy, and wonderful touches (loved her coffee appliances!) made us feel right at home! Kitchen had all necessities. There was nothing lacking, and a quick 7-10 min drive directly to the beach! The pools and resort activities were well worth it for the kids! We were so surprised that we had never heard of this amazing place! One of the nights we even sat out and could hear and "watch" the Steve Miller band since they have the Freeman arts center right on the resort! I can't say enough great things about this spot - and we can't wait to come back!!!

For the first rental ever, we did not have to contact the owner one time for anything. Because everything was so organized. The initial directions were very clear on how to enter the home, where to park, and what to expect. Everything is labeled in the house -down to the light switches. Clear labeled instructions on how to work each TV, the internet codes, and labeled coffee treats and extras. They provided a lot of little things that most hosts don't provide, such as hand soap and all of the bathrooms and kitchen, a coffee and tea center, and beach equipment with toys to borrow. We were pleasantly surprised at how large the unit was and how quiet the kids bedrooms were from the main living area. The Best part about this home is the location. You are steps away from the best pool at the resort, which makes it guilt-free to partake in the bar area of the pool. It was easy to run back and forth between this home and the pool, if we forgot anything or something broke, we were able to grab it quickly from our home without packing everybody up. We also could hear the concerts Thursday and Friday (Brian Regan and Darius Rucker) from the balcony. Cleanliness is huge to me when staying at a home, and this home was perfection. I hope to stay here again. We had a wonderful experience. Thank you to the owners for going above and beyond with their home to make guests feel so welcome.

Had everything a family on vacation to the beach would need. Nice access to the pool, which was right across the street. Wonderful time and the property management was very helpful!

Wonderful stay and great condo!

This was my family’s first trip to Delaware and we had a wonderful stay at Michelle’s condo. It was very spacious, clean and nearby the pool, tennis courts and other activities. Michelle was responsive and detailed with extremely helpful information. The Bayside community was fantastic for families and we can’t wait to plan another trip.

Exceptional property and host

We have been taking regular trips to Delaware beaches for 9 years, and Michelle was the most responsive and hospitable host I have ever worked with. She was responsive, attentive, and went above and beyond anything we have experienced as a guest in a VRBO rental. The property was an excellent place for a family traveling with you children, babies, and grandparents. It's comfortable, well-stocked, and has easy access to many of the amenities Bayside has to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and only wish that we could have stayed longer. You will not be disappointed if you stay at this property.

So glad we changed it up!!

Everything was perfect! You need to pack only your clothes. Plenty of space for everyone to unwind and relax. Home is beautiful. 1 minute walk to pool and activities - kids loved the splash pad. Kayaking on site we enjoyed. Biking after dinner within the community was nice. We used the shuttle for beach trips in the morning - along with chairs, cart and cooler. Night trips to the ocmd boardwalk only a short drive. Oh and food shopping right at the entrance was convenient. Really a great stay!! - Janet

Great spacious condo near all

This was a last minute getaway getaway for our family. Thankfully we were able to rent from Michele. She was a great host. She communicated promptly and answered all of our questions. Her Condo is large, clean and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need for your stay. The best thing about the condo is the location. The pools, basketball and tennis courts are across the street. We ate at the restaurants on site and at Fenwick Island which are a few minutes drive away. The water and amusement parks were all 20 minutes away. After a long day at the attractions it was great to come back into the Bayside community which is beautiful. We biked to Beach Boys concert. Overall we are very happy with this rental and greatful to Michele.

Huge Immaculate Well Located Condo

We had a wonderful week at Michelle's condo and strongly recommend staying there. The condo is enormous and is beautifully decorated. It is very very clean and in excellent condition. Michelle has labelled all the light switches to avoid confusion and also has included helpful labels in other key places. The condo has an incredible supply of serving dishes and utensils, pots and pans, and cooking and eating utensils. There is a large Keurig coffee machine and other coffee makers! There are numerous books, games, and puzzles. The owner also provides access to an area under the building where beach chairs, beach toys and an umbrella are stored and available for renters to use. Renters have to provide their own towels and linens. Michelle recommended a local company, and it worked out very well. The condo is located within steps of the main Sun Ridge Tennis and Recreation Center. Parking is readily available on the streets surrounding the condo building as well as in an off-street parking lot directly across from the building. Michelle is a lovely person, extremely responsive and available via email and text. She is genuinely committed to ensuring that renters have the best vacation ever. You will be very happy that you chose this condo. Grab it while it is available.

Wonderful Stay at Bayside Condo!

This lovely condo has everything necessary for a delightful stay at Bayside and the Delaware shore. Convenience to the pool, health center and the Pointe were all appreciated during our stay. The view is beautiful from the 2 porches, and the condo itself is very comfortable. Michelle could not have been a better host. We made tons of good memories here!!
