Property is in decent condition. Property was very clean. Communication with the property owner was excellent. Will look to stay again. Hurricane Erin cause some weather issues. But we made the best of it.

The house wasn’t as clean as we expected it to be. The furniture seemed pretty worn out. The middle of the couches sank. We appreciated the use of the beach chairs and bikes. The pool was great for our young grandchildren. I wish the amenities passes were not so costly.We overall enjoyed our time and the house was fine.

Overall, great stay, but needed a little TLC upon arrival.

First, I want to say that the house is beautiful and is located in a beautiful neighborhood with great pools. We loved the kayak area and wished we were able to use it more than one day. Upon arrival, we did have a few hiccups. Although the rental was clean and many room rooms, two bedrooms look like they were not vacuumed or cleaned at all. At that point, we realized we didn’t know what was clean what wasn’t so we took the time to clean the kitchen thoroughly and wiped down the bathroom counters. The mattresses were advertises having covers on them, but the bunk bedroom did not have mattress covers on any of the beds, including the trundle. We went and bought new pillows because they all seemed very used, and some of them had yellow stains on them. I don’t know if this is a problem with the cleaning personnel versus the owner. There was supposed to be some items to get us through the week that we’re not there such as dishwasher tabs but that wasn’t a real big deal for us. The sunroom off of the kitchen gave a wonderful view, but the pond seemed a little inaccessible. There is no back porch or any patio space to sit on outside. That’s usually one of my big interests is to have outdoor seating but we got by and still we had a lovely time. There’s plenty of room in this rental and the kids all had a great day. The garage was packed, full of chairs, beach, toys, boogie boards, bikes, etc. Communication with the owner was good with quick responses.

Sports Weekend

We had 3 families that were here for a lacrosse tournament. There was plenty of room. The property was nice and was clean. Had almost everything you would need. Would prefer not to have to bring linens and an outdoor area to hang out but other than that place was really nice.

The house was large enough for the group we had and was well kept. Super clean, property was beautiful and in a cute little community. The owner was great to work with and was very quick with the responses. We will be back!

Beautiful home

Lovely home just too far away from all we wanted to do. It was a lot of driving. A/c was controlled by the owner(I guess)and it was too hot! The bus to the beach only runs F-S-S and we weren’t told that. No tvs in any bedrooms, exhaust fan in bathroom didn’t work and drains were clogged. Parking was terrible! Some receptacles didn’t work and there were no hangers.

Beautiful vacation

House is beautiful. Long walk to splash pad and pool and playground. But was worth walk. Another pool was closer and was very nice and quiet. House is very spacious and has everything you need.

Wonderful week

The house has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Fully equipped kitchen. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The large dining table is a plus and handled our large family. The house has plenty of bicycles for all ages. Plenty of sand toys and beach chairs if needed. There is a BBQ grill to use. Great communications from the owners for any questions. This house is definitely on our list for future returns to the Bayside community.

Family vacation

Overall we had a wonderful stay and would likely book here again! This space is a duplex And was extra nice when there was no one in the other side. A few things to note: Pros- Community is beautiful and amenities are great, especially for kids. Close to OCMD and takes you through back roads to avoid significant traffic. Cons- It appeared as though the house was not cleaned before our stay, so we had to purchase cleaning supplies. It wasn’t filthy, but visibly dirty, particularly the bathroom. The game room/toy room wasn’t as described. Recommend bringing your own board games and kid toys. No outdoor space to sit and relax, but the view out the back window is beautiful. Suggestions- New pillows as the current ones are pretty beat up and not supportive. A golf cart would be super beneficial given the size of the community and distance to the pool! We had a great time and the detail in the review is just so others are aware of what to expect and things to bring!

Family beach week

We are a family of 8 adults and we rented this home for our annual family beach week. The home was clean and very comfortable. The furniture and mattresses were better than many rentals. The air conditioning and appliances all worked well, including an extra propane tank for the gas grill. The house provides many amenities, including quality bikes and many beach chairs. One thing to note is that this home has a usable grass lawn (great for games of bocce!) but no outdoor living space (patio, deck, porch, etc.). We would recommend this rental home.

Nice house, but needs to be cleaned properly

This house was nice, but had a few issues when my family and went inside. First, when we started looking around, we noticed the refrigerator was leaking water. We noticed water on the floor and called the property manager regarding this issue. Come to find out the ice maker was inoperable and was broken from the previous visitors. Next, we noticed none of the beds had sheets so we bought our own. When it was time to make up the beds, the mattress pad and pillows were horrible. My family didn't sleep on any of the pillows. Next, smell coming from the garage which the previous visitors had garage left from there stay at the house. It had an odor coming from the garage. There were little ants crawling around on the little table in tv room area (living room) and by the patio door. This property needs a new cleaning crew because there were cob webs in house then usual. Next, the garbage shute in the sink was also inoperable so that gave off a little smell too. Overall, nice house, but some things need to be fix and change before renting out again to anyone. Cleanliness is close to Godliness for my family and we were expecting a little bit more for our money.

We enjoyed our stay! The pools were amazing, we kayaked (included with the pass), did a lot of bike rides around the community. Plenty of room for 10 of us! Wonderful family trip!

Perfect Family Vacation Home

This house is perfect for an extended family gathering. It has an excellent floor plan, a well-stocked kitchen, and lots of beach toys and bikes. The house is immaculate and the owner is very responsive and thoughtful.
