We had 3 families that were here for a lacrosse tournament. There was plenty of room. The property was nice and was clean. Had almost everything you would need. Would prefer not to have to bring linens and an outdoor area to hang out but other than that place was really nice.

The house was large enough for the group we had and was well kept. Super clean, property was beautiful and in a cute little community. The owner was great to work with and was very quick with the responses. We will be back!

Lovely home just too far away from all we wanted to do. It was a lot of driving. A/c was controlled by the owner(I guess)and it was too hot! The bus to the beach only runs F-S-S and we weren’t told that. No tvs in any bedrooms, exhaust fan in bathroom didn’t work and drains were clogged. Parking was terrible! Some receptacles didn’t work and there were no hangers.

House is beautiful. Long walk to splash pad and pool and playground. But was worth walk. Another pool was closer and was very nice and quiet. House is very spacious and has everything you need.

The house has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Fully equipped kitchen. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The large dining table is a plus and handled our large family. The house has plenty of bicycles for all ages. Plenty of sand toys and beach chairs if needed. There is a BBQ grill to use. Great communications from the owners for any questions. This house is definitely on our list for future returns to the Bayside community.

Overall we had a wonderful stay and would likely book here again! This space is a duplex And was extra nice when there was no one in the other side. A few things to note: Pros- Community is beautiful and amenities are great, especially for kids. Close to OCMD and takes you through back roads to avoid significant traffic. Cons- It appeared as though the house was not cleaned before our stay, so we had to purchase cleaning supplies. It wasn’t filthy, but visibly dirty, particularly the bathroom. The game room/toy room wasn’t as described. Recommend bringing your own board games and kid toys. No outdoor space to sit and relax, but the view out the back window is beautiful. Suggestions- New pillows as the current ones are pretty beat up and not supportive. A golf cart would be super beneficial given the size of the community and distance to the pool! We had a great time and the detail in the review is just so others are aware of what to expect and things to bring!

We are a family of 8 adults and we rented this home for our annual family beach week. The home was clean and very comfortable. The furniture and mattresses were better than many rentals. The air conditioning and appliances all worked well, including an extra propane tank for the gas grill. The house provides many amenities, including quality bikes and many beach chairs. One thing to note is that this home has a usable grass lawn (great for games of bocce!) but no outdoor living space (patio, deck, porch, etc.). We would recommend this rental home.

This house was nice, but had a few issues when my family and went inside. First, when we started looking around, we noticed the refrigerator was leaking water. We noticed water on the floor and called the property manager regarding this issue. Come to find out the ice maker was inoperable and was broken from the previous visitors. Next, we noticed none of the beds had sheets so we bought our own. When it was time to make up the beds, the mattress pad and pillows were horrible. My family didn't sleep on any of the pillows. Next, smell coming from the garage which the previous visitors had garage left from there stay at the house. It had an odor coming from the garage. There were little ants crawling around on the little table in tv room area (living room) and by the patio door. This property needs a new cleaning crew because there were cob webs in house then usual. Next, the garbage shute in the sink was also inoperable so that gave off a little smell too. Overall, nice house, but some things need to be fix and change before renting out again to anyone. Cleanliness is close to Godliness for my family and we were expecting a little bit more for our money.

This house is perfect for an extended family gathering. It has an excellent floor plan, a well-stocked kitchen, and lots of beach toys and bikes. The house is immaculate and the owner is very responsive and thoughtful.

I stayed here for a golf weekend with long time friends & the house was great! We had plenty of space to ourselves & access to the amenities if we pleased. The pond out back was beautiful & this section of Bayside in particular is nice & quiet but also near the clubhouse & restaurant (Signatures). Would definitely stay again in the future.

It was a nice place, super nice neighborhood, a little but further from the beach than I imagined, it's about a 20 minute drive with traffic. But it's nice, cleaning people were late but I was a little early getting there, but cleaning people got there like 15 minutes prior to check in, but that didn't bother me to much. I would stay again, as the price was good for the place. I do wish it was a little closer to the beach though. We had a really good time there.

Vacation community near I Fenwick Island We can trade the community aunt opportunity to go to the beach on a shuttle. The indoor and outdoor pools we’re great. The exercise center had everything. Our grandchildren learned how to ride bikes without training wheels during our stay. We will definitely come for another family vacation

The home was beautiful, very well kept and so spacious! Everything is exactly as it looks online, very clean and comfortable. The master bedroom king bed was unbelievably comfortable, we slept so good! Julie is very receptive to questions and helped out whenever we asked. We would definitely book again. The only downside is that there is no outside seating, and it is far from the commons pool (we had to drive) but we knew that before we booked so it was no surprise. We would book with Julie again. Also, kids loved playing with the toys, sleeping in the bunk beds, and having the beach equipment was wonderful too!!

We love Bayside community where this house is located. The house fit our families needs physically with enough bedrooms and was very spacious. However, the air conditioner was set in a run schedule that we had to keep changing multiple times a day or the ac would go up to 80 degrees. This was super annoying to come back to a hot house. I specifically about hangers. For some reason all rentals seem to lack hangers. The owner told me there are plenty. I don’t think 10 random hangers in a 4 bedroom house is “plenty”. This house sleeps 15 comfortably. But the driveway only holds one car. The garage is full of bikes and beach equipment. There is street parking but it only accommodates about 12 cars for the entire street. My mothers car was hit by someone parking. The person parking their Jeep hit a historic Porsche that then got pushed into my moms car. Not exactly a great thing to happen on vacation. I blame this entirely on the lack of parking. The kitchen while quipped with basics lacked any sharp knives - not even one knife could cut through chicken or vegetables. You might as well use the butter knives. The furniture in the living room is OLD. I’m a tiny person and I felt as if I was sitting in the floor when on either of the sofas. The master shower door leaks. The house lacks an overall feeling of being decorated as there are very few pictures or decor. Hard wood floors are nice but there was only one rug in the entire house under the dining room table. Nice views out front and back, but no chairs or anywhere to sit except on the ground.
