"The towels were dirty and stained. Bedseet had stains on it and also torn. Pillow case covers looked old and stained, very disgusting for a so-called hotel. The bathroom had NO floor mat or towel. The shower head was broken and rusted. The toilet seat didn't look clean. The customer service sucked ..."
