"My initial day was less than par. The staff stepped up their game after reading my review. My second day was just fine. The room was very clean, odor free and pleasantly stocked with the bathroom essentials. My only suggestion would be to install lighting over the bathroom vanity. The only light was from the bathroom vent fan.
I greatly appreciate the response to my disappointing first night stay. Thank you to the front office staff."

"We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time here. The property was spotless, and the hosts were so kind and thoughtful. They kept us informed throughout our stay, which made everything easy and stress-free. Thanks for the bottled water, cookies and crackers!
The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and it’s an easy, pleasant walk to Bristol’s charming historic downtown.
The only suggestion I would make is to have the parking area on Bay Street a little better marked with a small sign. It...
