"The staff were so pleasant to talk to and since my wife and I were not able to climb stairs, we were upgraded to a first floor room. The breakfast served every day was so delicious and ready when we were. Everything we needed was taken care of by wonderful people. Also all the attractions are within walking distance since the hotel is located downtown. I highly recommend the Melville House and we will be staying there again."

"Breakfast was good, bedding was clean and fresh. Parking was fine. Check in was confusing - it was not easy to know where to go since it was not in the hotel I booked - they should let people know that before they get there. They also switched my hotel from Bellvue House to Inn on Bellvue saying my original room was taken (what???) Breakfast was not in the hotel either - had to walk down a few properties. Front desk was rarely staffed - most times I went there nobody was manning the desk or...
