"Very walkable and convenient. A warm, inviting setup with plenty of room for our group of five adults. Cleanliness was superb. It had everything we needed! Parking spots were a big plus. We hope to return in warmer weather, to enjoy the patio and porch!"

"We absolutely LOVED our stay on Thames St for our girls weekend. Each of us thoroughly enjoyed having our own king sized bed and bathroom. Showers had great water pressure and TONS of hot water. Bed linens were nice. The place is thoughtfully designed, comfortable and very clean. The location of this VRBO is so great. Super easy parking in a private lot right across the street, although we were lucky enough to score street parking right out front! We walked EVERYWHERE. Newport in the off season...

This rental is similar to a timeshare rental without certain things that might be needed if you were spending a week. For example -only a keurig, no drip coffee maker. A coffee enthusiast can’t deal with that!!! Please remember to bring any cling wrap, foil or storage containers as there are none in the kitchen.
