"This was a perfect stay for us. My in-laws are minutes away down Post Rd and Tyler’s property was space for us to land as a family, while also doing the extended family activities over New Years. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and the location was quiet. Bonus, we had gorgeous fresh snow on New Years morning. I would absolutely recommend this place and hope to rent again. "

"This was my fourth visit to newport. I had not seen Middletown before. But this was a lovely quiet area. Cute house. It’s a duplex, but no one was staying next-door. It was very quiet. It’s a perfect size for a couple or a small family. Has everything you need. Comfortable beds. House is warm in the winter and has AC in the summer. The kitchen is fully stocked. "We enjoyed our stay. We were very busy so we weren’t in the house very much but we did enjoy the house. The living room dining room kitchen area was very roomy. We did have 5 in the space and it was very comfortable. I enjoyed the architectural work and can appreciate all the hard work that has been put in to restore this wonderful home."
