"Hotel reception area is very nice and brand new. Staff are also nice. Because it’s a new hotel the air in the bedroom smell dusty which made it somewhat uncomfortable. I booked a room with city view but I could only see a warehouse and a forest from my room on the 6th floor."

"The bathroom smells strongly of urine. It may look clean, but it smells like old urine, similar to bathrooms at a music festival. It was very unpleasant and uncomfortable to use the bathroom. The hotel is very different from the photos. The staff never answers phone calls, WhatsApp messages, or messages ..."
