GUEST ACCESS & NOTES
You’ll have access to the entire home, backyard, and hot tub. Parking is free and easy on-site. We’re local Sedona hosts and happy to assist with any recommendations — while always respecting your privacy.
This property is perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends looking for the ideal Sedona retreat with unbeatable comfort and location.
House Rules:

No noise outside 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. This is incredibly important. Sedona has strict noise laws and the neighbors may call the police if they are violated.

Strictly No Smoking or vaping inside or outside of the property.

By law this home may not be used for events, parties or large gatherings.

We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, tissue, and paper towels. If you find that you need more than what`s supplied, there are several grocery stores and drug stores nearby.

We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks and bobcats. For your safely do not approach or feed these animals!

We are not responsible for any items left behind.

$50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping.
