• Neighborhood Update: A new home is currently under construction across the street. During Arizona's summer months, crews may begin work as early as 5:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday, to avoid the afternoon heat. Because of the early start, work typically winds down by early afternoon, allowing for quieter afternoons, evenings, and spectacular Sedona sunsets. The softly illuminated patio fountain provides a soothing backdrop for relaxing in the backyard wellness spaces. Construction is expected to be completed later this year.
