OUTDOORS



Enjoy the views surrounding the property with its new hot tub! This is sure to be a luxury much beloved after spending time exploring the magical lands that so many have fallen in love with before. After all, few things can relax one's body like hot water and strong bubbling jets. While this is all lovely in and of itself, the true gem is the views one will have from any point in the house. Look out over the beautiful and unique desert landscape and catch glimpse of the red rocks that have made it famous!



LIVING



When you walk in, you'll notice the lovely sitting area complete with a comfortable couch, fireplace for those cool desert nights, and of course, a bookcase stocked with a plethora of good reads for any bibliophiles in your group. Large windows also allow for plenty of natural light and ensure that even while enjoying a good binge you are able to enjoy the views that have made the area such an ideal vacation spot. You'll also find a dining area complete with a wooden table that seats six. Nearby you'll discover the kitchen which not only comes fully stocked with all the basic cookware that one might find themselves needing but also granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of wooden cabinets and counter space, kitchen island for when one is getting particularly ambitious with their culinary skills. To top it all off you'll also find a breakfast bar with seating for three which is perfect for when you need to just grab a quick bite before heading off on that day's adventure.



BEDROOMS



Master Bedroom has an en suite and a private door to the patio area! Enjoy the soaker tub and walk-in shower. As well, the king bed is sure to be the perfect place to rest your weary body as you drift off into dreams of red rocks and desert animals. While the master is truly a beautiful room and place to stay, the guest bedrooms don't disappoint either. You'll find that both rooms come with a queen bed and are just as lovely and expertly decorated as the rest of the home.

Plus, the guest bedrooms boast plenty of space to spread out for some relaxation.

A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.

Landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard

This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.



For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.



*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
