The guest house is an amazing place to staySpotlessly clean , fantastic location , comfortable and very stylish decor. We had a wonderful time while there and would highly recommend this rental . Sitting outdoors on the deck was wonderful at any time, sunrise or sunset. Views are awesome, location to town perfect. We look forward to staying there again

This place was beautiful top to bottom. Well placed with beautiful views! Beautiful design and decor. We stayed with another couple as we do yearly. Every person mentioned how exceptional this home was. Kcups and welcome snacks were a wonderful touch. Beds were very comfortable. Book this property. You will not be disappointed.

Great location, clean house, relaxing amenities and smooth check in/out procedure. We only had a couple questions while visiting but the host was quick to response. We will be back :) Comfortable beds, relaxing hot tub especially after hiking and a quick drive to restaurants and shopping! We really enjoyed our time and the views from the house.

This Chic Sedona Retreat was the perfect venue for our long weekend. Private, comfortable, easy access to VOA and Sedona and of course the hiking trails. Beds were super comfy and we loved that each couple had their own private bathroom. The weather was cooler than we anticipated so we did not get to experience the hot tub. Highly recommend.

This guesthouse is beautiful, exactly as pictured. The house is clean & modern. Everything is provided for a comfy stay down to the coffee & snacks. You can’t beat the views from the deck or the hot tub. We also loved the SW landscaping. We would definitely stay here again for our next trip to Sedona.Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

Peaceful, quiet, and comfortable guest house. Well stocked with everything we needed. There is both indoor and outdoor space for eating and lounging. We cooked dinner and ate in the patio while the sun set. Beautiful views and the hot tub was super clean and a relaxing way to unwind after our hikes. Our hosts were organized and very responsive, kind and accommodating.

All my questions were answered very quickly and in a helpful way. I was even contacted by Evolve via e-mail and phone to answer one specific question i had. During the stay Don (the owner) was very prompt and helpful in answering questions. Although the owner lives in the next house, there is definitely enough privacy (I actually never saw the owner during my 10 day stay). The Jacuzzi was perfect, the BBQ as well - just everything. The kitchen was well equipped with what I needed. Cleanliness was also perfect. And I liked the design and style of the house. The house was perfect for me. If travel brings me back in the area, I‘d definitely would like to stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The home is beautiful and the scenery is even more stunning. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the morning looking at the spectacular rock formations. Don is the most gracious host and was so helpful. The house is close to hiking and shopping, but far enough away it is nice and quiet. We hope to stay here again in the future.

The property was immaculate and everything was very nice. The views and outdoor spaces were very scenic. Close to hiking trails, and a quick easy drive into either Sedona or Oak Creek for restaurants and shopping. The hot tub was super relaxing after a hike. My only suggestion would be to stock the kitchen with a corkscrew and more bowls.

We cannot say enough about this Beautiful home. Just the right size for 2 couples as it has 2 master suites. Amazing views of the red rocks and the Chapel of the Holy Cross from a quiet area. We enjoyed having our coffee on the large deck. It was the perfect sanctuary to relax in. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. The owners had even stocked it with coffee, water & snacks for our arrival. It appears to be brand new. Excellent communication with owner as they live on property. We would definitely stay there again. We would highly recommend.

Absolutely a well built, maintained guest house. Inside decorating was by local artists and tastefully displayed. Furniture was solid and comfortable. I would not hesitate to rent again when visiting the Sedona Area. Couple bucks more than the standard hotels and unless you are not looking for quiet and want bustle of the crowds, this place I doubt can be beat. Owner lives next door and is a great guy. Thanks for a wonderful time.

We loved our stay at this property! Don was great to communicate with and even gave us a local contact for the days he was out of town during our stay. The house was perfect - especially the hot tub and the views! So clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was our first time in Sedona and we loved our location - a short drive to both uptown and to Oak Creek. We would definitely stay here again!
