Shops nearby, Pink Jeep Tour, Grand Canyon tour, good restaurants, clean houseThere are a couple of thoughts. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom was very loud above low. The lamp shade is the living room to the right of the couch is torn at the top. It was like that when we arrived. Had a great time!!!!!

The house has the most panoramic view of the red rocks formation! During our stay, there were thunderstorms and I enjoyed sitting at night and watching the lightning brightening up the sky.The home is very clean and has every amenity that you will need. If you’re a hiker, the owner has even provided a Red Rock Pass for you to use during your stay. Management was very communicative. Will gladly stay here again!

Stunning views

This beautiful home is nestled along side a sloping hill neighborhood. The views of the stunning red rocks from the wall to wall living room windows were breath taking. Not forgetting the extra large window in the master bedroom that shared the same views.The home us extremely well equipped with the little details you'll find abs need in your owe home. Just bring your favorite coffee creamer (everything else is provided) to start your mornings and head into town and enjoy the multitude of Sedona's local eateries.

Views!!! Great deck Great beds comfortable

Exactly what you see in the photos. This is the owners personal vacation home and appointed with their own touches. Birds chirping in the morning watching hot air balloons launch. Deck furniture is very comfortable. Fire pit we made smors every night. Will be back!

Beautiful views of Sedona red rock!

House is gorgeous bright and beautiful views of the stunning red rock. Love the deck with comfortable outdoor furniture and gas fireplace. Lower level has the extra bedrooms and it’s a bit darker with less of a view but the main floor and deck is amazing. Location is close to everything. Neighbors are close by. I would definitely stay here again!

Breathtaking Views

We had a great time at this beautiful home. The house was very clean and spacious. The location is perfect, just outside the hubbub of the touristy areas. The views are absolutely breathtaking. We could have spent the entire day on the porch staring at the beautiful red rocks. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay

This home was sparkling clean, very comfortable and has stunning views of Sedona’s famous red rocks. The neighborhood is very quiet but close to downtown. I highly recommend this property.

Very comfortable with a gorgeous view. Management company very responsive. When staying at this location, you need to be respectful of nearby neighbors and keep the noise down when outside on the deck.

Beautiful Home

Everything was beautiful and top notch. Only one thing prevented me from giving this property 5 stars. Both beds in the basement bedrooms were extremely hard and uncomfortable. They need thick mattress toppers or new mattresses. It was unfortunate because otherwise I would rebook again and again. The views are spectacular!

Breathtaking indeed

Beautiful views in a nice neighborhood close to everything. Easily sleeps 5 adults or 6 if a couple takes the king bed Lots of room for down time and relaxing I highly recommend this rental

Fathers Day Stay

House was in great shape and instructions, etc. were very helpful. All furnishings and appliances were newly renovated and worked very well. Patio slider from kitchen needs to be adjusted. The slider is very difficult to open. The front screen door closer needs to be replaced. The closer cylinder is bent not allowing the screen door to be closed automatically. Besides those two minor items everything was very very nice and views are beautiful.

Amazing Stay

My family and I stayed at this property for a family vacation. It was easy to find and absolutely beautiful. The views were stunning. The home was clean and equipped with everything we needed for our one week stay. The bed in the master bedroom was one of the most comfortable and amazing beds I’ve ever slept in. Instructions were clear about check in and check out. I would love to stay here again!

Everything and more!

This house is everything they promise and more! The astounding view alone makes this property well worth the price, but the little details that were included made the experience even better. From the welcome basket with (much needed) waters and snacks, to the coffee and sweeteners provided were appreciated. The beds were comfortable and had adjustable bases. Sunset and sunrise from the porch were beautiful, as were the stars at night. While the shade in the master bedroom would never make the room truly dark, I preferred to sleep with the shade up so I could wake to that spectacular view (those who want it dark will need to sleep in the downstairs bedrooms). The couch in the bedroom made it possible for me to work while my teen-aged kids watched TV in the living room. The house was amazingly clean - every nook and cranny. The location was convenient to restaurants and grocery stores, far enough from the main shops to be quiet but close enough to make it easy to visit. Hiking trails are also convenient and the hiking book left by the owner is perfect to help you choose the right one. There were only 3 of us staying, but it would have been equally comfortable with twice as many people (great place for 3 couples!). The management company was easy to work with. My only recommendation would be to allow guests to enter early if the property is ready (it costs nothing). I highly recommend staying here!

Breathtaking Birch

The property was fantastic. Modern, clean. The views were beautiful. The only negative, and it had nothing to do with the property is the street is torn up with road construction and heavy machinery that started every morning at 8am and went until 8pm. The noise was annoying while trying to enjoy the beautiful deck. Had we been informed of the road construction we would have looked for a different property.

Family bonding and fun

This house was absolutely beautiful! The layout, the kitchen and that DECK!!!! Stunning views....took our breath away every day. The location was central to everything! Would recommend this home to everyone!
