I called Mike to try and get a bit more information on his comments as they are confusing, but I did not receive a return call or message. We have king pillows on the king bed and queen size on pillows on the twin beds, so the pillow size doesn't make any sense. I can't remember any other complaints regarding our beds. Most of our renters love them. His comments about the furniture being unstable makes no sense. The only issue I can think could be an issue with children is the stairs, but that is part of the townhouse and obvious in the description and pictures.

I emailed Rowley about his comment that there were pictures for a different property and explained that perhaps because we have 2 pictures on one of the bedrooms. One has a picture of 2 twin beds and the other has a picture with a king bed in that room as we provide the option of either and thought that is what he was referring to. This was his reply; "You are right, we got confused by seeing the 2nd room made up differently with the 2 beds put together." He tried to change the review and the rating to 5 stars, but the system wouldn't let him make the change.
