Mucho que checar...
Al registrarnos los recepcionistas Cody y su compañero (no recuerdo su nombre) fueron muy amables y atentos, muy profesionales y accedieron a mi solicitud de cambio de habitación. Fue nuestra segunda estancia y quede un poco decepcionada. La habitación cómoda, bastante abastecida de suministros aunque la limpieza un poco deplorable, la tina y el sink del baño parece que sólo los enjuagan, ya que se ve el sarro de jabon incrustado, muebles y otros accesorios llenos de polvo, con un mal olor que tuvimos que poner aromatizantes. No nos fue posible conectar internet para poder ver plataformas externas como (Netflix ejemplo). Entiendo que las puertas tienen un modo de cerrarce pero todos los inquilinos a nuestro alrededor no tienen ni el más mínimo respeto para no dejar azotar la puerta, fue bastante molesto a cualquier hora; llámese 5a.m. ó 12:00 a.m. entiendo que es un lugar público pero así como tienen reglas para ciertas cosas deberían poner sobre aviso a cada husped, ya que la estancia debería ser mas cómoda y relajada. No quiero sonar odiosa, pero me e hospedado en otros lugares donde tienen como regla que entre las 10p.m y las 7a.m se debe guardar silencio por respeto a los inquilinos. Espero se tome en cuenta mi opinión.

tHE AREA WAS VERY CLEAN AND BLENDED WITH THE SURROUNDING. i HAD A SECOND FLOOR ROOM, NO ELEVATOR. IAM 83 AND IKNEE REPLACEMENT. THE HOTEL WAS BOOKED SO NO CHANGING OF ROOMS, WHICH REALLY SAYS NOTHING BAD ABOUT THE FACILITY OR THE STAFF AS THAT AREA WAS GREAT.

Great area and very nice staff. We had a studio efficiency. It had everything you need for 2 people. I’m not sure more than that could move. The furniture, carpet and fans were very worn out. I expected a nicer furnished place but it was quite, it is south of Sedona so you don’t have the crazy traffic and close to some great trails.

Great place to stay. Outside of downtown Sedona, which is nice, no people, no traffic, good place to use as a base for everything you want to do in and around Sedona.

It's a beautiful area. Hotel was easy and convenient. We only stayed one night and it was a little pricey for what it was, but maybe that's just the heated pool, hot tub, view, convenience, etc. Only complaint, our hall, and therefore our room, reeked of Mexican food. I love Mexican food, but I wasn't eating it or cooking it and I smelled it in the bed. Someone down the hall was probably cooking it—another great aspect of this place is kitchens in each room!—but maybe the ventilation could be better? All in all, 5/5. I'd definitely come back.

I liked the location of the hotel as it is in walking distance to the Bellrock hiking trail. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. Also enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Very nice property, resort-like, clean, and well kept. The parking behind some buildings looks a bit shady,but other than that, I would go back anytime.
