Our host Fran was extremely accommodating and super friendly. This is the perfect getaway if you enjoy gorgeous sunsets while soaking in the hot tub!! Clean, well appointed, very comfortable mattress, plush towels and close to tons of shopping and restaurants. Would absolutely stay again, highly recommend.

This incredibly clean and comfortable cozy property has red rock views, and is in a great location just a short walk to hiking, restaurants, and shopping. The host Fran is fantastic. Warm and welcoming. We had a great time and will be back.

So Charming / Beautiful Home

Adorable rental - fantastic location / Clean / Quiet - Much appreciated added touches such as heated towel rack, ice tea pitcher, Afternoon Shade was wonderful w/ comfy seating / swings. Hot Tub was also a plus; Super Comfy Bed; Cute little deck great for morning coffee and night star gazing); Host Fran was very helpful…we locked ourselves out (just going to the patio) and she had to come rescue us to unlock the door); Our only real complaint was the check in process. The rental listing mentions that check-in is after 4 PM. Then…within the body of the rental’s description, it does define (which I missed) the strict check-in time which is observed between 4 & 6 PM. There is no key pad – the owner prefers to greet you when you upon arrival. We were flying in and once landed still had 2 hours by car. Flight was delayed and we didn’t hit the road until after 6 PM. We had NO CONTROL over late flight. When we called Fran to let her know that we wouldn’t be arriving until after 8 PM, she was displeased (borderline rude) & made us feel bad. When we arrived the house was unlocked w/ keys on the counter, so there was no issue, but there was a dark cloud over the experience before we even arrived. With all of that being said, I would still highly recommend this rental – I just wish our vacation hadn’t started out that way.

Great view and location to everything

The view from the living room and breakfast table was spectacular! The location is great too; easy to walk to downtown art and retail locations and to restaurants. Also, near many red rock trails. Private driveway was a plus.

Excellent stay

Fran was great, we enjoyed our time with Sophie, and the location was fantastic. My wife and I visit Sedona every other year (in our 40s) and the condo was perfect. We plan to be back.

We loved our stay in Sedona. Fran was a perfect host, the condo was well appointed — both inside and in the common outside area (potentially shared with one other unit). The views were wonderful. Close to uptown but far enough to be quiet. Five stars! We will look forward to returning!

Lovely, peaceful, and convenient!

My husband and I recently took our first trip to Sedona, and this property was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Spotless, quiet, and a great hiking trailhead within a stone's throw of the door. We were graciously welcomed, and the hot tub was a nice perk, too! Oh, and the view was incredible, especially at sunrise and sunset. We plan to return to get more hiking in, and would definitely stay at this property again!

Beautiful views and wonderful property!

This is an extremely well kept and welcoming property with proximity to everything! The Red Rock views from the windows are spectacular! We walked to dinner each night in Sedona. Hiking maps and guidance were so helpful from the owner upon arrival. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Amazing place to stay in heart of Sedona!

We come to Sedona every year and this is one of the best places we’ve stayed in over 24 years. Fran the owner was an absolute joy to work with, she met us upon check in, and she has a super cute rescue pup Sophie. The place is in a main-and-main location but very quiet. You can walk to restaurants and shops from here easily. The place was absolutely spotless! Fran’s place had everything we needed for a fantastic week. We cooked breakfast and lunch every day in the kitchen and everything needed was there for us. We really enjoyed our visits with Sophie the dog, just made it feel like home.

Sedona Hot Spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful, clean and was in a great location. The Hudson and Javelina Cantina were amazing places to eat and right within yards of the condo. Easy walk to Tlaquepaque market. The hot tub came in use after a day of hiking. Fran was warm and inviting, like a old friend, but not intrusion. Highly recommend. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Little Gem

This is our second stay in Sedona. The first time , we stayed on the outskirts and learned all about the benefits of staying closer in! The location of this property is absolutely fantastic. First, you can easily all to restaurants and shops. But you can also walk out the door and begin to hike. The condo is well appointed with comfortable bed and linens. Loved being able to switch on the gas fireplace when we were a little chilled. Used the hot tub under the stars. Gorgeous views from every window. And Fran the property manager was available and helpful but never intrusive. WE would definitely book this place again!

Sedona getaway

Beautiful and quiet. The place was super clean, and Fran was a wonderful host. The bed was also very comfortable but high off the floor, similar with the shower/tubs. Quite nice and clean but a little difficult to get in. We had no issue but if you are not able bodied, I think it could be a problem. We really enjoyed our stay and found the location very convenient, several nice restaurants within walking distance and hiking trails as well. Don't know when will get back to Sedona, but we would definitely stay here again.
