"Everything from check in and being left some fabulous flapjacks and treats for the dog which were delicious for all of us was very easy and the host was fab. The accommodation was clean and very quaint and the outside area was lovely. The walk to the pub across the sheep field and walking home in the dark was an adventure in itself, We will be back."

"This place is not good for dogs, nowhere to walk them. Roof very very low other than in the middle of the room, kept banging our heads. What carpets are there was all frayed. This place was not suitable for children as stair case all open Long dirt road to get to the bungalow with all pit holes. Only one light outside the door, torch left there was not working had to use mobile phones for light to let the dog do his business before bed. Did not wash floor as mop so dirty would have put more dirt...

"Has a wonderful New Year at the cottage. Lovely welcome basket on arrival and a bottle of bubbles cooling in the fridge! The cottage is lovely - small enough to be cosy but big enough for plenty of room for the four of us plus our dog. The views are gorgeous and it was very peaceful. Weather was terrible but we still went to the seaside at Hastings (about 20 mins) and had a brilliant visit to the Shipwreck Museum and a windy walk on the beach. Loved walking in the woods and down to the Queens...

"A lovely well equipped cottage , hosted by the very friendly Andrew & penny thank you for the excellent flap jacks & tomatoes. As mentioned by others the stairs to the bedroom are quite steep but didn’t find them a problem. My only little niggle was the television had no connection for a fire stick so maybe an upgrade in that area . Overall excellent place to stay would definitely book here again ."
