  • Cozy Private Garden Retreat -Queen Bedroom + Kitchenette/Sleeping Area

    Welcome to your comfortable private garden retreat! This inviting suite offers a separate queen bedroom, a kitchenette/dining room with an additional double bed, and private bathroom.

    Queen Bedroom:
    This private bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, large dresser, 2 side tables with lamps, trunk for storage, desk, chair and lamp--providing a cozy space to relax, work, or unwind.

    Kitchenette & Additional Sleeping Area:
    The second room combines a convenient kitchenette and dining area with a double bed. The kitchenette includes a full- size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven combo, rice cooker, Keurig coffee maker, and a dining table. This flexible space is perfect for preparing simple meals, enjoying coffee, or accommodating additional guests. Roku TV's are in both rooms.

    Please note: The Kitchenette does not have a traditional stovetop or oven, but is equipped for simple meal preparation.

    Private Garden Sitting Area:
    Step outside your private entrance and enjoy the peaceful sitting area. A gazebo with a small patio table and chairs provide a pleasant spot to sit, enjoy your morning coffee, read a book, or simply relax surrounded by the garden.

    The suite has a private entrance, one private bathroom, Wi-Fi, and free parking.

    We are a part of a lovely Community with a pool and other shared amenities. See pictures of pool area. Please note pool is not where Suite is located but is a part of the Sun ‘N Lakes Community which is about a 3-minute drive away and there is an entry fee that is charged by the Community.

    What Guests Love About the Area:

    Guests love the peaceful, relaxed atmosphere of Sun 'N Lake while still being close to everything Sebring has to offer. Enjoy nearby golf, beautiful lakes, nature trails, restaurants, shopping, and outdoor recreation. The area is especially popular with golfers, nature lovers, fishing enthusiasts, and racing fans visiting Sebring International Raceway.

This property was squeaky clean and so adorably decorated. The beds and pillows were so comfy! We slept great! The host Carol was so helpful and kind! The pool area was beautiful and relaxing! The neighborhood was quiet and close to great restaurants and activities. This place is a gem!

Host was wonderful and so thoughtful to the needs of guests!! Unit is well planned, efficient, comfortable and tidy. Such a pleasant alternative to over-priced, under-serving hotels in the area. Very relaxing spot to enjoy your vacation!

Lovely house in a great location between Avon Park and Sebring. Very quiet neighborhood off the main road. House was super clean. Bed was comfortable. Appreciated the night stand lamps with built in USB chargers. Great communication from owner. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent, peaceful property and immaculately kept. Host is very responsive to inquiries, so thoughtful in furnishing essentials and extremely pleasant in person. I would give 6 stars if available. Definitely staying here next time!

It was PERFECT for my wife and I. Could not have been any cleaner or quieter. We have now found OUR PLSCE to stay when we are in Sebring visiting my Father!!! GREAT HOSTS AS WELL!!!

Garden Retreat

This space is beautiful with a private, tranquil patio. It is immaculately clean and new and graciously stocked with complimentary snacks. The location is convenient, yet close to walking trails and in a lovely neighborhood. The host was available, helpful, and super nice.

In my opinion it is a stretch to call this is a 2 bedroom. It's actually a 1 bedroom with a second bed in the kitchenette area. It was smaller than expected since it was advertised as 2 bedroom. The refrigerator is even in the closet. The photo shows the host house and not the apartment which is on the end. The host controls the temperature as there is no thermostat in the apartment. My companion and I arrived late and it was cold. There was only one extra comforter in the closet so we were both cold the first night. The host did provide 2 more blankets the next day and I think turned up the thermostat. There was no charming garden view looking out the window by the table and most of the plants along the walkway were brown. It was clean and in a good location. Communication with the host was good.

Stay in Sebring

Not exactly 2 bedroom. 2nd bed in kitchen, dining area...not as a bedroom. Not suitable for a quest couple, maybe 2 children. Wash and dryer, had to arrange with owner to use in their garage. No oven or stove just toaster oven and microwave. No couch for sitting. Not welcoming for adult holidays of 4Could have been better advertised as a 1 bedroom studio for 2. Host was very welcoming and answered our questions.

The place is well cleaned, equipped, organized and comfortable. Quiet and pleasant to stay in. Communication from the host was excellent. Easy check-in and check-out process. Well priced for the place. My only downside is the in-unit temperature; with Florida weather being too hot, the ceiling fans are not enough (for me) and A/C thermostat is not available, unfortunately. Something to be considered for future travelers. Floor fans or portable air conditioners might do it. Overall, good experience.

The Sebring Garden Retreat was a very nice place! It is located in a very quiet area, but was also close to a Walmart and quite a few restaurants. It was very clean, had a comfortable bed, and had a bathroom that had nice lighting and an amazing shower. We will definitely stay here again when we make our annual trip to see family in Sebring.

It should be stated in "details" that there is no thermostat in the unit so heat (or air in summer) is totally dictated by host.
