"Several amenities listed in the property description were not available during our stay. The Wi-Fi showed “no internet connection” throughout the entire visit, and our attempts to contact the host went unanswered. The listing also included a coffee grinder, which was not provided—this was inconvenient since we brought whole coffee beans expecting to use it. Accurate listings and responsive communication are essential for a good guest experience. Unfortunately, these issues negatively affected...
