Great house. My second time renting it and it didn't disappoint. We love the location and the yard is amazing. Very clean and has everthing you need. I'd highly recommend it and will be staying there again sometime in the future.

This is an amazing place, they have all what you needed to have a nice relaxing vacation. If I’m visiting Sebastopol again, I will definitely stay at this place again. The place is close to everything, easy to find, in perfect condition, well kept and totally clean. Family had fun and our awesome doggie loved it too.

Family fun

We really enjoyed our stay, the house had everything we needed. The outdoor space was a favorite with the beautiful landscaped yard and seating areas. The lovely yard brought lots of birds visiting in the morning and saw some deer too. My kids loved the pool and games. We appreciated the close distance to the cute town of Sebastopol.

Great home near downtown Sebastopol

We rented this home for my annual family vacation and it was great! We had 4 adults and 2 kids, plus our two dogs, and it was the perfect set up for us. The grounds are spectacular and perfect for al fresco dining. The home offered everything we were looking for. The home doesn't have a/c and I was a little nervous about that as we were renting in the middle of August, but it really wasn't that bad due to the shade from the huge pines, etc. around the property. A super clean home, the kitchen was well stocked, and the pool and patio was perfect for simply hanging around. We actually didn't want to leave the property very often as we were enjoying it so much! I'd highly recommend renting this home.

The outdoor space was amazing. There was a lot of space snd surrounding by trees and plants for privacy. Surprised on how big t he e pool was. Pool was heated which was a plus. The only bad thing was the beds were not that comfortable.

Perfect for Family

It was a joy to watch our young granddaughter experience the freedom to explore this fenced in fantasy yard. From the deck we could hear her roaming safely through the entire yard, playing imaginary games along with her little Corgi. She picked a few peaches and apples in prep for her imaginary pies, loved watching the turkey, and goats next door and used her flashlight in the evening to add mystery. Compared to the scheduled play dates children have these days, this place was a great gift. The house, yard, and beautiful deep pool were perfect for us We ate breakfast outside daily and found the kitchen well supplied and easy to maneuver The bonus room with 3rd bath is a real plus for TV time, art & crafts and just a get away. We have rented many homes and have come to prefer the simplicity of the rancher one story style. The place was very clean, simply decorated, beds were comfortable and the baths provided more than we needed. Parking was great. Unloading/loading the car was easy. The home is located just far enough out of town, yet close enough to quickly run an errand. We all agreed that this home may not have been the fanciest, or had the most amazing views or remarkable decor, however it was the best rental we have enjoyed together. Note: to respect neighbors barn animals and pets we use a bark collar for the corgi when outdoors while renting.

Family Fun

This property was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 boys (7 & 10). We did two major adventures - Safari West and the Skunk Train. Everyone happy to come back to the pool in the afternoon. The property itself is lovely with several sitting areas so you could have some peace and quiet if you wanted and apple and lemon trees. Also the kitchen was well supplied and easy to prepare meals in.

Perfect Wine Country House

This house was an absolute dream. My husband and I rented it with some friends as a little getaway. The pool, hot tube and outside eating areas were stunning. We’ll definitely be back.

Relaxing Stay

Everything was as advertised. We liked the outdoor spaces very much. One minor issue was the sink in the master bathroom is clogged and drains extremely slowly. The person bringing the dog did not come; so we had no pets with us.

Family get together

For once, a vacation rental that was way better than the listing! There was so much to do at the property and everything was in good working order, clean and new. When we enquired about a couple of things to do with the pool, someone was there to attend to it in less than an hour. There was even a charger for our electric car which we only found out about when we got there. Definitely a 5 star home. We will definitely want to return to this.

Heavenly!

My daughters and I absolutely loved Casa Martin. The location was perfect, close to shopping and cute Downtown Sebastapol and the wonderful Barlow Market area, but private and relaxing at the property. The grounds of the home are so lovely around the pool! The house is inviting with a great floor plan and wonderfully well-equipped. We enjoyed our stay immensely and hope to return next summer!

Family getaway

This was such a good choice for our family of four. The grounds and pool were a perfect retreat. The sight line to the pool and backyard were perfect from the kitchen and we enjoyed the privacy of the property from the other homes. The only issue was the master shower drainage, but the managers were quick to respond. The TV room was a nice lounge space and the home is not too big, but allows separation for some quiet. For the adults, wineries and tasting rooms were only six to eight minutes away. A really nice home to relax and replenish from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We hope to return.

Fun getaway

Stay was nice. I have 3 younger kiddos and they lived in the pool. It was a nice surprise to see they converted the garage into a bonus room that was ideal for families. Another bonus where the kid games they had laying around. It was a nice quick getaway for us and we plan on staying longer next year. Thanks again Randy for everything.

Beautiful property

This was the perfect fit for our family. Everyone was comfortable and the pool was great. Unfortunately the neighbors are very particular about noise so we were a little on edge about that.
