This is a lovely home, attractive, well stocked and organized, in a great quiet neighborhood. All the beds and furniture are comfortable . You are close to downtown Vero, the riverfront , 22 minutes from Vero Beach airport , and a short drive To beautiful Sebastien Inlet State Park. The star of the house is the well maintained pool with several safety features , great for all ages. Nicole is an excellent host, so responsive , helpful, and welcoming. This was a five star experience . We hope to be back again soon.

The host was very helpful and communicative. The house was perfect for it’s category and very neat and clean. I was by myself but I can see how it would be perfect for a family. One very stand-out quality of this rental is how thoroughly supplied with anything (almost) that one can think of and everything is labeled such that even an idiot such as myself can find everything. I did search for a microscope as a test. It was the only omission I could find, and who needs a microscope anyway. Before I checked out, I checked for labels on my head, arms and legs in case I had been labeled during the night. Btw, the TV was excellent.

Family trip

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. From the minute you enter the property, you can see the care, thought and attention to detail that has been put into making the home welcoming, comfortable and easy to navigate. Each room has everything you need and is so nicely appointed. I have never stayed in a rental so well stocked, including spices, toiletries and items for the beach/pool. From initial communication to the end of our stay, it was truly a 5 star experience and we look forward to staying again on our next trip to the area.

Sebastian rental

This has been our favorite Florida rental so far. House is beautiful and well stocked. We didn’t have a single issue. Convenient to the beach and town and within easy walking distance to the trails in Stormwater Park.

Beautiful Property!

The property was beautiful! Nicole was a wonderful host with great communication skills. She reached out to us a few times to ensure everything was going well which was greatly appreciated. The pool was clean she had floats, sunscreen, and towels readily available. Having beach chairs on hand was great for us out-of-towners for the beach. My friend and I really appreciated how organized everything was and that it was labled. The house has everything you need for a great vacation experience. Clean & Comfortable

My wife and I had a great stay at this property. The property is very well maintained with the yard, landscaping, and pool area very nice and ready to go! The inside of the property is super clean with nice furnishings that are very comfortable. The host is very kind and attentive and genuinely care about the quality of your stay. We would definitely recommend this property and we look forward to staying here again next time we are in town.

Visiting family

This home is absolutely great! Close to shopping and beaches. The layout is family friendly, fully stocked home with literally everything you need, along with being pristinely clean. Evwrythi g is labeled and instructions are clear. The host answers any and all questions. My children were in the pool all day and even if you walk inside you can keep an eye on them kid and dog friendly. We couldnt have asked for a better stay! Thank you! .

Most enjoyable & effortless stay ever!

My overall impression of Nicole’s outstanding home was that she had invested a lot of time and energy into making this get away home as pleasant as possible. The color scheme, which you may not think matters, but it does, was calming and peaceful. The house was fully stocked beyond all expectations. Everything is labeled so you know how to keep it organized and effortless. She checks on you, but is non intrusive. The house is spacious and spaced out so that the kids had their own area to hang together. There are central spaces to bring the whole gang together. It’s airy and light. The tvs are great. The flooring and carpet are spotless. If you bring a little dog be prepared for a sweet care package with love. The beach we went to every day was Wabasso. It had a little sandwich shop by it, showers and we never had a problem parking. Easy walk out and gorgeous waves! All around excellent place to vacation. Sebastian is so lovely and uncrowded. I hesitate to tell anyone! We felt so at home here. We will definitely be back. Nicole is a five star host as is her space. Highly recommend.

Would rent again from this host

There is a reason Nicole has the designation of preferred host: she has earned it! She has done everything within her control to make staying at her property convenient, comfortable, AND enjoyable. Her home is well furnished and well appointed. She has paid great attention to detail in equipping her home, right down to every kitchen utensil a guest might need. The mattresses and pillows are super comfortable. We greatly enjoyed the heated pool, and eating outside by it on balmy nights. The house is extremely clean, and the neighborhood was quiet. She was a thoughtful host without being intrusive. She did a mid-point check-in to make sure everything was to our liking, and also gave us a heads-up when there was a rocket launch from Kennedy Space Center....we would not have been aware of it otherwise! Would definitely rent from Nicole again. This is a host who knows what she is doing!
