They say they include parking but it is not TRUE, they charge you for it and it is very expensive... more expensive than a public one... not only is the property old, it is poorly maintained and overpriced for the same price you can have better options.

emma,Gracias por tu reseña de tu estancia. Tiene razón, ya que la mayoría de las grandes ciudades de EE. UU. tienen cierto nivel de personas sin hogar y Seattle no es diferente. El hotel cuenta con seguridad las 24 horas para patrullar dentro y fuera del hotel. Háganos saber si aún necesita ayuda con la facturación de su habitación. Gracias de nuevo por quedarte con nosotros.

Tiene muy buena ubicación, en el desayuno son muy tardados en atenderte, no te dan mesa rápido y te tienen parada esperando a pesar de que hay mesas disponibles, falta personal en el restaurante. No hacen la limpieza diario.

Terrible Hotel muy Viejo sin Aire Acondicionado no sirve en todo el Hotel rentamos 2 cuartos para mis Hijas y nosotros en uno al bañarce en la Regadera salia por el techo el Agua. Desayuno lo llevan al cuarto lo pides un dia antes ya que el restaurante esta cerrado me imagino por no pagar gente, no recomiendo este Hotel por el precio hay Hoteles mejores y modernos

El hotel deja mucho a desear por como se ve en las fotos. Esta en muy malas condiciones. El servicio fue bueno y la gente amable. No me pareció un cargo obligatorio que me hicieron por el uso de las amenidades como la alberca y el jacuzzi.

El hotel es viejo, así como las habitaciones. La alfombra sucia. Por pandemia había que notificar cada vez que quisiéramos el servicio de limpieza, de todas las veces que lo solicitamos solamente una vez no lo olvidaron. El personal de recepción dejó mucho que desear. Pedimos un paquete de amazon y lo perdieron diciendo que nunca lo recibieron, cuando en amazon nos llegó la notificación de que había sido recibido por alguien en recepción. Podría decir que lo único bueno del hotel es la ubicación, queda a unas cuantas cuadras de downtown, space needle, entre otras cosas. No regresaría a ese hotel ni por equivocación.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Only complaint was the breakfast included was somewhat contradicting. It only included 1 item on the menu. Didn't realize that until after ordering other items, but the food did taste delicious!!

the continental breakfast that was included was poor in quality and quantity. you might as well pay for the room without breakfast and go eat elsewhere. Even the staff & service at the restaurant was terrible. the front desk staff and service were all great.

I love it here this was the second time staying at this hotel and myself and my son cannot wait to go back! Definitely making my membership with this company as the service is always welcoming, and the facilities and rooms are super clean. The food is a great price and good quality to! It is in the heart of downtown Seattle with shopping just around the corner, and Pike Place is a walkable distance.

It was good. I travelled with another two couples and the last couple were placed two times in rooms that were already occupied. They almost got late to the concert we were attending because of that inconvenience. At the end they were placed in a huge and beautiful suite because they weren’t more rooms available. Service at breakfast at the restaurant was a chaos. Not enough staff

Easy access to all downtown attractions. Easy parking and access to hotel, clean rooms. Wasn’t impressed by the lack of hot water in mornings. Hot water can be limited when hotel busy. Hotel parking is stairs only, no elevator. Picture of hotel pool on Expedia makes the pool look big. Pool is small and hot tub is really small.

Our stay was ok. Didn’t like the fact that cleaning crew didn’t get to our room till 5:00 in the afternoon and didn’t clean, make the beds, or leave us towels

They must have been doing some maintenance, but there was constant knocking sounds. Like some was lightly hammering. Nothing crazy, just annoying.
