Perfect spacious home for a large group gathering.

    This is a 4-bedroom single family home, sparkling clean, light-filled and tastefully staged throughout.



    On the 1st floor:

    - Living room w/smart TV and sofa/lounge

    - Fully stocked kitchen with appliances, cookware, silverware, basic ondiments, coffee & tea, baking sheets, salad bowl and wine glasses!

    - Formal dining room

    - Full bathroom with walkin shower

    - With a 97 walk score, we also offer a full-size car garage + 2 car parking driveway

    - Laundry room w/ washer and dryer provided to our guests



    On the 2nd floor:

    - Master Bedroom with 1 King bed, closet w/hangers, and blackout curtain.

    - 2nd Bedroom with 2 double beds, closet w/hangers, and blackout curtain.

    - 3nd Bedroom with 1 queen bed, closet w/hangers, and blackout curtain.

    - Remodelled full master bath, w/walk in shower, stand alone bathtub

    - Remodelled bathroom



    On the 3rd floor:

    - Entertaining area w/sofa/bench and board games

    - 4th bedroom w/full bed

    - Bathroom w/walk in shower



    Guest Access:

    The entire townhome is included in this rental. Guest access will be granted via a smart lock. No contact self check-in and out.



    Code will be shared on your arrival date 10AM.

Spacious home in Capitol Hill

Good location for a trip with friends with lots of well-maintained space and nearby restaurants. Recommend for any visits to Seattle.

Great house! Love that we can park and each have a bathroom. Such a beautiful place in the best neighborhood! Safe, lots to do, comfortable. Would stay again!

The house was just as the pictures showed. We had 7 adults, so having 4 bathrooms was fantastic. Plenty of space for privacy, a nice kitchen and a short walk to the train. 2 nearby grocery stores and lots of places to eat.Xin was a gracious host and immediately responded to all questions and concerns. We hope to stay here on our next visit to Seattle.

House is very nice. Super clean. Bedding was comfortable. Online pictures look slightly better than the actual house turned out to be. Couch needs to be replaced and dressers in the bedrooms would be nice. Tons of heaters if you get cold. Slightly lacking on fans.

Great location! Close to shops, restaurants, and activities. The home is stocked with everything you would need for your stay. Comfy beds and the parking spot was a huge plus! Fit our Suburban in the driveway easily. Outstanding communication with the host! Went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. Only thing to note, since it is an older home, there is a lot of road noise as the front of this house faces a very busy street. With that in mind would still highly recommend staying here!
